This year has made us feel isolated, and deprived, and disappointed among many things, but through it all we have made art. As artists that’s all we really can do, and feel compelled to. These works have all been created while in the liminal space of the pandemic. Some works were in direct response to these feelings of overwhelming dread. Some as a return to a self which feels now far away. Some works came simply out of a silliness; grasping at the small moments of happiness we have found in the darkness. In our nostalgic longing, we have connected with each other and to ourselves, making work which we can be proud of. This zine is a celebration of those evercomplicated feelings, and what we have made because of and in spite of it all. Thank you to Laurel Beckman, Sarah rosalena Brady, Alex Lukas, Diego Auchstetter, Michael Matheson, Elisa Ortega Montilla, Joel Sherman, and every other member of the art faculty and staff who have helped us during this year. Your support was grounding during a year where many of us felt untethered. with love,
