6. Net Profit Appropriation Proposal
O Conselho de Administração propõe, tendo em conta as disposições legais e estatutárias, que o Resultado do Exercício de AKZ 119.635 milhares, equivalente a USD 1.508 milhares, deduzido o montante de resultados transitados negativos de AKZ 70.882 milhares, equivalente a USD 906 milhares referente ao exercício de 2009 tenha a seguinte aplicação:
The Board of Directors, after taking into consideration the legal and statutory dispositions, propose that the net profit for the year 2009 of AKZ 119.635 thousand, equivalent to USD 1.508 thousand, after deducting accumulated losses amounting to AKZ 70.882 thousand, equivalent to USD 906 thousand, have the following appropriation:
