Caching and Proxy Settings • Streaming audio and video – Puts a load on the server and network bandwidth available to the server – Large numbers of requests for streaming content can overload the server and cause delays

• Caching server – Copies content from primary server and stores it in local cache – Serves the media directly to client computers
