Portuguese­ which

the

Secretariat will be based in Macao. 16 ­‑ Establish a Chinese­‑Portuguese bilingual talent training base in Macao and encourage Macao to engage in government­‑funded Mainland­‑Macao joint diploma programs offering educational opportunities to 30 candidates

from

Portuguese­‑speaking

countries.

IV. MARINE COOPERATION 12 ­‑  Help

by catering to their respective diverse needs and features, such as marine meteorological observatories to respond to marine disasters and climate change challenges. 13 ­‑  Carry out practical cooperation in the development of marine fisheries, marine environmental protection and marine eco­ ‑system research on a basis of respect for each country’s unique needs and desires.

17 ­‑ Establish the Centre for Cultural Exchanges between China and Portuguese­‑Speaking Countries and the Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre between China and Portuguese­‑Speaking Countries in Macao. 18 ­‑ Establish the Complex of Commerce and Trade Cooperation Platform for China and Portuguese­‑Speaking Countries in Macao which would provide substancial bilateral support in areas such as trade, investment, exhibitions and conventions, and culture.
