The Hudson River School of Art Trail follows the paths taken by well-known artists, poets, and painters that have been inspired by the beauty of the Catskills area. Many movies have been filmed in the Catskills as well, including A River Runs Through It, Dirty Dancing, A Walk on the Moon, and Tootsie, so you can have fun spotting the different locations if you are a movie buff.
