“Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” Isaiah 43:18-19

Dear Friends, We are incredibly blessed to have some amazing young men working with us at the Vocational Centre. Jeosafá, from Brazil, is a blessing as a man who seeks after the heart of God and serves with passion and new Chris with Jeosafá, Amimo and ideas, teaching business management and stirring up new gifts Nelson, the ‘Votec Team’ in the students along the lines of practical application. Amimo and Nelson are both Mozambican, and it is the fulfilment of our destiny to raise up leaders from amongst the people. Amimo started working for Chris as a builder when we first arrived; he has grown in leaps and bounds in all matters pertaining to life and godliness. He is involved in the administration side of the school and also helps with the business. Nelson was a carpentry student at the Vocational Centre, and is now the carpentry instructor at the Centre. He is also being used dynamically in the community as well as among the students of both the Bible School and Vocational Centre as he ministers freely to each need he sees. We thank and praise God for the men He has raised up to work alongside us here, that He has placed the same vision within each of us, and that we are anointed to see the divine take place. We are so grateful to you, our readers, for your prayers and encouragement, and faithful support. There are many lives forever changed because you took a moment to listen to the hearts of others. Thank you seems not nearly enough, but we want to say it again. Thank you for all. Together for His Glory,

Chris and Deborah and all at the Vocational Centre

Students hone their newfound business skills with a game of Monopoly

From Jeosafá...

“I am very satisfied with the Thursday classes at night with the students of the Vocational Centre. We are studying subjects about how they do business and life with God. Every week we study a text that I receive called Monday Manna, very precious, they are current and realistic subjects for the students and many have been discovering that a man's business life only has success that he worships God with his work. It is good to join in the teachings that Jeff has been giving the men on Tuesdays, I see that in the last two classes the teachers liked it SOOO much and it was talked about a the following day. Glory to God! Living with the teachers has been one of the biggest lessons I have been learning. Every week that passes, we have been learning together one with the other. May God give me grace to be faithful the vision that He put in my heart for this nation. God bless you all, Jeosafá

From Nelson...

“The group of students in the Vocational Centre is smaller than usual for me, but I have a lot of participation from them, the students were difficult to begin the work off with firstly because many of them had never tried a work of this kind before, but with God’s help I can feel a transformation in their midst. Now I can give them an explanation without showing an example, and they try to put the explanation into practice, and that is encouraging me, showing my progress in my teaching that I can give to the students. “Student Mito (he is handicapped with a hunched back and twisted leg) tends to have difficulties with the plane, because of his physical state, and he struggles to spend a long time on his feet. I am focusing all of my strength on helping at least the theory of the topics through to him, so that he’ll be able to do something when he leaves. The students are pleased with the work they are doing, their toolboxes, workbenches, and marking gauges. They are beginning their windows now walking from Glory to Glory in the knowledge of God, because the Word testifies that we have Christ’s mind. In all, I say that the students are growing and learning very well. “I can’t stop praising God for I am walking in our father's heavenly blessings, I can’t describe the best and wonderful encounter that I am having this year, the manifestation of God in my life has come that I formerly didn't feel, and now I can experiment with the Presence of the Holy Spirit when He moves on our behalf and that is very beautiful for me. I want something of God more and more in me. Please continue praying for me.”
