2014 Post-Race Shindig Vendor & Expo Setup Instructions
Welcome! The 7th Annual Market to Market Relay Nebraska is just around the corner and promises to be one of the most exciting running events of 2014! The Market to Market Relay Nebraska is the largest day-long relay in the country and we are excited to have you involved.
The Post-Race Shindig & Finish Line Expo will be an outdoor block party atmosphere in Lincoln’s Downtown Haymarket District, located at 8th & T Street. The Shindig will be THE place for runners to celebrate their day long accomplishment and will feature food, beverages, DJ music, team photos, merchandise sales, expo booths and more! Vendors and exhibitors have access to a 10’x10’ booth space, table and chairs. Please note, water hookups are not available in the Shindig Area. If you requested electrical access ,it is fairly straightforward, but please bring your own extension cords if you require power. Food Vendor Specific Info Estimated Attendance:
500 Teams = 3,750 runners + 200 50K runners (+ volunteers, family & spectators) (spread out between 3:30pm and 8:30pm)
3 to 4 Food Vendors Maximum We want you to be successful & try not to bring too many vendors on site.
Please be prepared with sufficient change and the ability to take credit cards if desired Please have sufficient hand washing capabilities There are not water hookups at the Shindig Lot Please let us know immediately if you need power or other special requests
