6 oz crabmeat 1 slice of whole wheat bread, crumbled I egg white, lightly beaten 2 tsp low fat mayonnaise ½ tsp Dijon mustard ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning

Crab Cakes

1 green onion, thinly sliced

1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients except crabmeat. Gently stir in crab, being careful not to over mix.

Nutrition: 150 calories, 3g fat, 20g protein, 8g carbohydrate, 1g fiber (Makes 2 servings)


Shape into 2 patties, place on pan sprayed with cooking spray. Lightly spray tops of cakes and broil for 8-10 minutes per side.

3. Serve with a dipping sauce or as sandwiches on whole grain buns. Double or triple the recipe to serve a crowd.
