Whole Wheat Snickerdoodles Nutrition:

Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, beat well. Gradually add dry ingredients.

In a small bowl combine white sugar and cinnamon, set aside.

Shape dough into 1 inch ball and roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with a drinking glass.
