ORDERING We’d love to do business with you! Call/email your order to Kooky Pottery or contact your local sales rep (US and Canada). New customers need to provide a copy of a valid Sales Permit and be approved by the local sales rep to ensure there are no territorial conflicts. SHIPPING All US and Canadian orders are shipped FOB Los Angeles, California UPS ground unless another method is specified. Freight charges will be added to your invoice. Kooky Pottery is not responsible for any duty and clearance charges for Canadian shipments. CREDIT & PAYMENT We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), Paypal and checks. Make checks to Kooky Pottery. Checks must clear prior to shipment and there is a $20 charge for returned checks. We are happy to ship your oder COD - but please note there is a COD tag on each carton (and the fees can add up quickly).
