LE SIXIEME SOMMEIL HOTEL

Le Sixime Someil Boutique Hotel provides sleeping-aim atomosphere in order to experience consicouss and unconsicouss throughout 0 stage to 6 stage of the dream. - Bernard Werber.

Area

Site

422 Washington St, New York, NY 10013

“Then maybe, while we are sleeping, our spirits travel through Wormhole, so we can travel the times and places in short time??”

Consciouss

Wormhole

Concept My boutique hotel is based on the work of fiction “Le Sixième Sommeil,” (The Sixth Dream) by Bernard Werber. It is a novel about the concept of dreams, our imagination, and reaching a mysterious sixth stage of sleep - lucid dreams so powerful they border on death. The design will feature abstract concepts that evoke an image of a subconscious mind at work, as well as more tangible aspects representing conscious thoughts.

Jacqueline Kline meets a girl name Jystine from insomnia  therapy  group. He is instantly attracted by her style(opposite  style of Kline), which is gothic and mysterious. She introduces  new ways of making love, and it helps him to have good sleep.

6 Stage of Sleep  0 stage: Entrance to the sleep

Location

1 stage: Drowsiness‐physically mentally having relaxation.  It lasts 5‐10 minutes  2 stage: Light Sleep, Experience of Hypnosis with Sleep‐aid  medicine. 3 and 4 stage: Deep sleep, often found Somnambulism(sleep‐ walking). 5 stage: Rem Sleep, having vivid dreams, and the most  concentration, which can be founded in sports players. 6 stage: Sommus Incognitus,  brain shows the more active wave  while the body lacks in activity. The stage of approach  to the unconsciousness and death. After wake up from sleep, we lost what we had in dream.

Facade

After Jacqueline Kline met Jystine, he experiences  deeper sleep, which leads him into six stage of sleep.  In his dream, he meets himself 20 years later, and  hears that his mom is in danger in Malaysia.
