Philippine Social Science Council (PSSC), a non profit organization of professional social science associations and social science research and instructional institutions in the Philippines. PSSC aims to educate and train social science researchers, consolidate the resources of local social scientists, and cultivate among the different social science associations and disciplines in the Philippines.

1. All PSSC library materials and resources are for Room-Use only. 2. Patrons must pay the appropriate fees before using the library. 3. PSSC reserves the right to inspect bags, clothes and other belongings of patrons for library materials. 4. PSSC reserves the right to enforce its policies and ask non-complying patrons to leave PSSC premises.
1. Food and drink can damage books and other materials and equipment. Eating and drinking in the library are strictly prohibited 2. Patrons caught mutilating, damaging or stealing library materials will be charged appropriate fines and blacklisted from the library. 3. Patrons are not allowed to use library computers for nonresearch purposes (e.g. social networking, youtube, etc.) or install or run programs that may damage the computer or the network. Patrons caught violating this rules will be asked to leave the library. 4. Smoking is strictly prohibited FINES: Eating/drinking â€“ 200php; Mutilating/damaging/stealing â€“ 500php +amount of the book
