If I should die and leave you here a while, be not like others sore undone, who keep long vigil by the silent dust. For my sake turn again to life and smile, nerving thy heart and trembling hand to do something to comfort other hearts than thine. Complete these dear unfinished tasks of mine and I perchance may therein comfort you. Mary Lee Hall Once settled in Gosport my intention is to go on a guided retreat to Iona or Holy Island, accompanied by Baxter and Hardy, my 2 Golden Retrievers, and to reflect on the verse “Turn Again to Life” and to seek God’s guidance for my future. I don’t have to tell you what a beautiful person Monica is, both inside and out and with God’s help and in memory of her, I will try my utmost to “complete these dear unfinished tasks of mine and I perchance may therein comfort you”. Thank you all for your love, support and prayers during this difficult time, a very special and heartfelt thanks to Jenny and Lorna for their tender loving care and ministry to me. Gosport is not a million miles away so I will keep in touch and will hold you all in my prayers for the future of Lymington United Reformed Church. Blessings Peter
