Welcome to lyfeclub It is incredibly easy to get started and our in-depth training will guide you on how to earn a regular income from your business that meets your goals in life. How much does it cost to join? £100 one-off set-up charge + £9.99 per month Our plan has been designed to make it as easy as possible for you to get a return on your investment. In fact you will get your initial investment back as soon as you have only 2 customers and you have told a friend who goes on and does the same in your first 60 days.* From thereon, you will be building a business that will give you a huge potential upside with little or no risk involved. What does the set-up charge and monthly fee cover? With lyfeclub you are not setting up a business on your own, you’re doing it with our help. We take a set-up charge to register you on our systems and provide you with support in your first 30 days. In order to support you in your success, we also give every Associate access to The Academy Lite (our advanced social media training) which is worth over £300. On top of this you can upgrade to the full Academy package for just £250 + VAT (a saving of £400). To make it a no brainer, you can get a full refund of your £100 set-up charge by qualifying for the Personal Customer Bonus and the Team Start Bonus*. Your monthly fee provides you with a licence to use our cutting-edge lyfeclub Associate Office software that provides you with all the tools to run and market your business. When you think of the costs of starting your own company, a lyfeclub business really is a fraction of the cost. How do I build a lyfeclub business? Your business is made up from three key components: the customers you introduce, your team of Associates and the customers your team introduce. 1 BV is equal to £1 BV (standing for Business Volume) is used to convert the price value of a product to points to allow for fluctuations in VAT rates and currency as we grow internationally. The Academy has fixed commission and does not increase your BV score. Each sale is a one-off commission of £200. You can increase the commission you earn on each sale to £500. John’s newly Qualified Associates are now your 2 2nd-degree of connection (John is in your 1 1st-degree). You earn 5% of the personal sales of every Associate on that second level because you have reached Team Builder.

What is a degree of connection? Ever been on LinkedIn? The number 1, 2 or 3 above somebody’s name refers to how many people there are connecting you to that person (1st-degree means you are directly connected). So if somebody is 5 degrees away, it means there are 4

qualified people between you and them.

HELP YOUR TEAM GROW AND EARN EVEN MORE There are three factors that determine whether you can earn as a Team Captain, Silver Superstar, Gold Guru or Platinum President: Team Sales BV

The total customer spend of every single Associate in your business (including yourself) added together.

The number of QAs in your team

The total number of Associates who are qualified in your business.

The structure of your branches

A new branch is started and grows from every Associate you personally sponsor. To earn as a Team Captain, Silver, Gold or Platinum, you need to be building 3 different branches.

As a Silver Superstar (right) you need a minimum of 30 Associates who have qualified in your business, 3 Team Builders in 3 different branches and a Team Sales BV of 3,000. This enables you to earn on 4 degrees.

The maximum BV that you can earn from each Associate in your team - from your 3rd-degree of connection onwards - is limited to your personal BV. To provide you with an example, if you have achieved 70BV of personal sales yet somebody on your 4th-degree reaches 200BV you will earn from 70BV of his efforts.

If the new Associate qualifies in one of your branches and there is nobody in that branch with the roles directly below yours, between you and the new QA, then you will collect that positional bonus on top of yours: e.g. as a Gold Guru, if there is no Silver Superstar in your branch you will earn the £10 Silver Superstar bonus + the £5 Gold Guru bonus.

LEADERSHIP INFINITY BONUS As a Gold Guru or Platinum President you can earn beyond your 5th or 6th degree respectively through a Leadership Infinity Bonus. This is a complex bonus that is explained further in team leadership training.

As a Gold Guru** earn 1% to infinity* *Earn 1% on all degrees below your 5th. If you help somebody else in your team become a Gold or Platinum earn 2% on all degrees between yourself and them, plus 2% on all of their Qualifying Team Customer Commission 5 or 6 degrees (pg 8). **Provided you have no Platinum President above you. Once there is a Gold or Platinum below you in a branch your infinity payment ends after their 5/6 degrees.

As a Platinum President earn 2% to infinity* *Earn 2% on all degrees below your 6th. If you help somebody else in your team become a Platinum earn 4% on all degrees between yourself and them, plus 4% on all of their Qualifying Team Customer Commission 6 degrees (pg 8). You will earn 2% thereafter until the next person becomes a Platinum President in that branch. 11

What happens if an Associate in my team does not qualify? If an Associate in your team doesn’t qualify, they move one 1 degree closer to you enabling you to earn from another degree that you might not have earned on previously. This is called ‘compression’. The diagram below refers back to our Silver Superstar business and shows what happens when there is an unqualified Associate in your business:

If Dan introduced Joe, but Dan does not qualify in any calendar month or decides to stop running his business - then we pass through Dan and he moves a degree up. You would still earn from any of Dan’s customers (as if he was on your 3rd-degree). This means Joe is on your 4th-degree. However if Dan were to qualify then Joe will move to the 5th-degree.

What happens to the Team Start Bonus if a new Associate joins but the person who introduced them has not qualified? Taking our example above, Dan introduced Joe, but Dan does not qualify when Joe does, then Hannah is entitled to the £50 Team Start Bonus if she is qualified too in that same month. How do I get a refund of my set-up charge? The first team start bonus and personal customer bonus you receive is paid to you as a refund of the set-up charge. Can I be my own customer? Yes you can! This means qualifying in your first month should be straight-forward if you are interested in subscribing to one of our products. I’m keen on selling to businesses and The Academy interests me. How do the commissions work? The Academy bonus is structured differently to other products. It does not carry any BV. Anybody can sell the Academy and receive a commission of £200, however in order to receive a commission you must have upgraded to the full Academy yourself first (this is to ensure you understand what you are selling - Associates receive a £400 discount on the price of the full Academy package). If you are a Silver Superstar (SS) your commission goes up to £350 per sale you make and if you are a Gold Guru (GG) your commission on each Academy sale increases to £500 per sale. We always pay out a commission of up to £500 on each Academy sale. This means if only £200 has been paid out, we pay a bonus to a SS and GG if a member of their team makes an Academy sale. If the initial seller was only qualified to receive £200 then the nearest SS in the seller’s mentorship team would get £150 and the nearest GG gets the remaining £150. If there were no SS then the nearest GG would get paid £300. If the sale was by an SS, then GG would get £150. When anyone in your business upgrades to the full Academy package, the personal sponsor gets £50. This is increased to £100 if their sponsor is an SS and £150 if they are a GG. This time up to £150 is paid out in commission. If the personal sponsor is only qualified to receive £50 then a bonus is paid to the nearest SS (£50) and GG (£50). If there were no Silver Superstars then the GG would get paid £100. If the sponsor was an SS, the nearest GG would receive a £50 bonus. What is my mentorship team? Your mentorship team begins with your personal sponsor, it can also be referred to as an upline. If you consider that you have a team below you that you co-ordinate - well your sponsor has a team too! And the person who sponsored him also has a team! Your mentorship team is everybody who joined before you and is helping you progress in the business!
