Step by Step Process Step 1 The Buyer chooses a base plan and exterior elevation from our Series of Five plans. At this time, they make all structural choices including room additions, 3rd car garage and additional bathrooms. Step 2 Sunrise Homes works with the Buyer, Buyer’s agent and Buyer’s Lender to obtain a conditional loan approval before the next step begins. This step helps determine how much the Buyer has to spend on additional options they wish to purchase. Step 3 The Buyer visits our YourHome Design Center to choose all their options. The orange tags indicate “No Cost” options and the green tags indicate “Upgrade Options” (which include an additional cost). Step 4 The Buyer is involved with the construction of their home from start to finish. There are four Buyer meetings throughout this time including Pre-construction, Framing & Mechanical, Final Inspection (to conduct an overall review of the structure, inside finish and testing of appliances and mechanical items) and Home Buyer Orientation.
