ife Long Connection is a phase to support AIESEC

Alumni in their continuous leadership development as well as maintain a strong connection with AIESEC and its values.

It is aimed to ensure positive change and development throughout an AIESECers life after completion of one or several of the ELD programmes.

¿Why? The clusters are divided into three groups:

2. Evolution

3. Youth

Which identify the age of the committee, everyone develops activities with alumni, the support provided to the committee and general characteristics that frame according to the relationship they have with alumni and implementation of strategies. Therefore, this division allows: 

Train the committees on specific topics

Knowing the strengths and difficulties in implementing strategies according to local

Recognizing the growth that each committee may have regarding strategies with alumni.

Serve as a tool for managers of Alumni Relations.

How to identify cluster belong to:

Conclusiones Finales 

Se lograron realizar clases con temáticas alineadas al programa académico de la institución por parte de los entrenados. Esto permitió la aplicación de conocimientos por parte de los entrenados y el tener una temática nueva fuera de las usuales del proyecto.

La Planeación tuvo falencias al inicio, esto afecto la ejecución en tiempos, eventos y demás. Dado que no se confirmaron a tiempo o se hicieron con muy poco tiempo de antelación .

Falta de comunicación con los entrenados Fax: 555-555-5555 y canales de comunicación centralizados entre ellos, Correo: alguien@example.com hicieron que algunas clases no tuvieran lo suficientes recursos, los horarios de clase en los colegios fueran cambiados y no informar cuestiones logísticas a tiempo.
