Brian Benstock has been with Paragon Honda and Acura since 1982. Under his leadership, it has become known as one of the boldest, most innovative and successful dealerships in the country. In 2009, during one of the toughest economic periods in U.S. history, and while sales and profits were tanking at other dealerships, Paragon made more profit than in any other period in its history. Paragon also is the number one certified pre-owned dealership for both Honda and Acura – and has been for several consecutive months. What’s even more astounding is the fact that Paragon Acura is turning its used vehicle inventory over a whopping 23 times a year.

Jonathan M. Bernard is Senior Vice President of Automotive Sales at Univision Communications, Inc. He manages a team responsible for the company’s regional and local marketing and sales strategies. Jonathan brings with him more than 13 years of media experience, most recently with Comcast Communications, where he headed Tier I, II and III automotive efforts. Jonathan also has more than five years experience working in a dealership environment, where he ran a Ford and Mitsubishi store.

Richard manages one of the most successful Honda stores in the U.S. for Rick Case. Not only is it in the top five for sales, since 2008, the dealership has been the brand’s most profitable store in the country. Prior to joining Rick Case in 2008, Richard spent several years with the Germain Automotive Group.

Grant is a NY Times Best Selling Author, international sales training expert and weekly contributor for Huffington Post. His companies work with over 400 dealers and partner with NADA University along with providing customized training programs for many of the manufacturers. Recently the governor of Kentucky awarded a proclamation to Grant for helping NADA successfully exclude dealers from President Obama’s Bank Reform Bill designed to eliminate dealership finance departments.

As a member of the National Chrysler Dealer Council, Lisa represents the FIAT brand. In 2012, Lisa was named one of the Five Most Powerful Women in Austin by the Austin Business Journal. As the Managing Partner of FIAT of Austin, Lisa was recently honored by Chrysler Group CEO, Sergio Marchionne for record-breaking FIAT 500 sales. Lisa is the co-founder of Women Impacting the Nation and The Project 19 Foundation, two non-profit organizations dedicated to leadership roles for women. As the creator of BuyingCarsHerWay. com, Lisa offers inside information to the female consumer in an effort to empower women as consumers.

Brett David, the world’s youngest dealer principal, is Chief Executive Officer of Prestige Audi, Lamborghini Miami and Prestige Imports, North America’s leading Lamborghini dealership and the world’s #1 volume Audi dealership. Brett took over the business at age 19 in 2007 when his father, and Prestige Imports founder Irv David passed away and increased sales at the dealership by more than 400% his first year.

Jim Dunn has been running the world’s largest Lexus dealership since August 8, 2005. He’s a native of Chicago and started his dealership career as finance manager at a Chicago Heights Chevrolet dealership. He later worked at a Tom Wood store in Indianapolis and at a Germain Brothers store in Naples, FL.

Stewart Easterby oversees TrueCar’s operations. Previously, Easterby was Vice President, Advertising Sales Operations, North America at Yahoo! Inc., where he led national field and inside account management and sales operations. Prior to that, he served in corporate development roles at paid search pioneer Overture Services, Inc., which was acquired by Yahoo. He also served as a venture capitalist and a U.S. Navy SEAL. Easterby holds an M.B.A. with honors from UCLA Anderson, a B.S. in Finance from the Wharton School and B.A.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jack Harbaugh is a veteran of 43 years in the coaching ranks – 38 of those at the college level. His sons, John and Jim, recently coached against each other as head football coaches in Super Bowl XLVII. His daughter Joani is married to Tom Crean, the basketball coach at Indiana University. He played college football at Bowling Green State, winning a national championship and was drafted by the Buffalo Bills. Harbaugh’s coaching career includes stints at the University of Michigan, Western Michigan University and University of Pittsburgh. As coach of the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers he compiled a 91-68 mark, including a championship in 2002 while being honored with several Coach of the Year awards.

Sara Hasson is Senior Vice President, Strategy and Insights— Automotive at Univision Communications, Inc. Since joining Univision in 1999, Sara has worked exclusively with national and regional automotive clients and agency personnel providing research, market and consumer insights, and creating marketing solutions to drive sales. Sara, a native of Wisconsin, speaks fluent Spanish and is designated by the community as an honorary Latina. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point.

Jack ‘JJ’ Jackintelle serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at The Rick Case Automotive Group. Mr. Jackintelle assists the group’s owners in managing day-to-day operations of the dealerships and promoting sales through marketing initiatives. Prior to joining Rick Case in 2007, he served as Market Director with Group 1 Automotive for the Southern Region. About Rick Case Automotive Group: The Rick Case Automotive Group, founded in 1962 and located in South Florida since 1986, is owned and operated by the wife and husband team of Rita and Rick Case.

Peter is with the Dealer Jumpstart Team at Google. He is responsible for providing automotive partners with scalable business solutions to further develop their regional and local advertising strategies. Peter started in TV ad sales with Turner Broadcasting assisting the Detroit Three with national advertising programs. In 2008, he joined Google as an Account Manager in the Chicago B2B vertical, working with Fortune 500 companies. After three years he returned to Detroit in his current role in Automotive. Peter graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Political Science and Communications.

Ralph Paglia is President of Automotive Media Partners, LLC (AMP) which is comprised of www. AutomotiveDigitalMarketing.com and www.dealerELITE.net, two of the auto industry’s leading information sources for dealers. Paglia brings years of digital experience at both the dealer and vendor levels and is often mentioned as being one of the foremost experts in the digital space. He has held leadership roles at Tier10 Marketing, ADP Dealer Services, Reynolds and Reynolds, Courtesy Chevrolet and De La Fuente Automotive Group. Paglia also has consulted with Google, Facebook, Microsoft Advertising and other technology companies to help them develop relationships in the automotive space.

Ken Potter oversees TrueCar’s dealer development. Previously, Potter was Vice President and General Manager, Automotive, for Internet Brands, Inc., where he had profit and loss responsibility for CarsDirect.com. During his 11 years with Internet Brands, he also oversaw inside and outside sales, customer service, accounting and automotive product development. Potter’s career in the automotive industry also includes serving as General Manager of two car dealerships, including nearly three years at CarMax.

Against all odds on a gridiron in South Bend, Indiana, Daniel “Rudy” Ruettiger in twenty seven seconds, carved his name into history books as perhaps the most famous graduate of the University of Notre Dame. It took years of fierce determination to overcome obstacles and criticisms, yet Rudy achieved his first dream - to attend Notre Dame and play football for the Fighting Irish. As fans cheered RU-DY, RU-DY, he sacked the quarterback in the last 27 seconds of the only play in the only game of his college football career.

Dave Westcott has been a dealer since 1981. He started in the automotive business in Detroit, working for the Diesel Division of GM as a service and sales instructor and later for Pontiac Motor Division. Westcott is 2013 chairman of the National Automobile Dealers Association and has served since 2002 on the board of directors, representing North Carolina’s franchised new-car dealers. He is a past president of the North Carolina Automobile Dealers Association. He is the sixth NADA chairman from North Carolina, dating back to 1928.

Patrick helps oversee Facebook’s automotive partnerships. With more than 12 years of experience in the automotive industry, he is known for his passion and innovative ideas that help dealers use new solutions to sell more vehicles. He began his career as a zone manager for Ford before joining the Pierre Automotive Group as a general manager. He then served as Director of Enterprise Sales for Dealer.com and as Vice President of FordDirect prior to joining Facebook.
