Jimmie Johnson won a new title number of laps of the race.

or Jimmie Johnson, driver of the Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet #48, the sixth title in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series is close, so close that you can stroke it with the fingers of the hand. Sunday, when beginning the ford EcoBoost 400, the final race of the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup 2013 at the Homestead-Miami Speedway, Jimmie Johnson will have a margin of 28 points over Matt Kenseth, second ranked overall. That means more than half of career points. Without a doubt, the only thing that would have to occur for another rider won the coveted Sprint Cup at the end of the race, is to own Jimmie Johnson lost the Championship. To be among the 23 first, among the 24 first if he leads a turn (something quite likely), or between the top 25 if he leads the largest

Taking into account that the #48 team will lead to Miami the same car with which swept in Texas, the odds of something happening are pretty low. For Jimmie Johnson, this situation before the final race which decides the Championship is pretty familiar. On 4 occasions in which has come as leader to Homestead has achieved the Championship (between the years 2006 and 2009 consecutively). In 2010, when he achieved his most recent title, Jimmie Johnson went up a 15 points deficit to Denny Hamlin.

The advantage of this year (28 points) is equivalent to which had in 2009 (108 points from the previous scoring system). Probably, 2013 is without a doubt the best Chase of Jimmie Johnson: 4.7 average final position; Position average in career: 5; 29% of laps led; Driver Rating 127.7. Despite all this, Jimmie Johnson has not passed the days following their third place in Phoenix making place in the living room for his sixth trophy

"Even with this nice advantage, I will not deal with the week differently. There is still much pressure to finish the job, and there is no relaxation"- Jimmie Johnson explains. -- "Everyone is eager to predict who will be champion, but still have to play the game" - says Johnson. -"We must go out to

track, and many things happen in racing". -"There are many variables in one of these races, I think that even more than in any other professional sport." They are 43 teams competing, all the mechanical parts of the car, pit stops, and many other problems that could affect you. They are many variables, therefore we do not take any weekend of these lightly, even with a comfortable points difference. There are still a lot of pressure to complete the work, and there is still much to be done." Homestead-Miami Speedway is not one of the best circuits of Jimmie Johnson, although he has had performances good enough to be able to seal his 5 consecutive championships.

Last year, fighting for the title with Brad Keselowski, several things were wrong in the car, and those problems relegated him to the final position trigesimosexta.

None of the 66 victories of Jimmie Johnson in the Sprint Cup Series has come in the final race, and his final middle position in Homestead (15.3) is the sixth among the drivers who compete for the Chase.

Matt Kenseth, and winner of the last race at Phoenix, Kevin Harvick, 34 points of the leader, will be faced with the race all or nothing. A slip by Jimmie Johnson could cause a battle threeway title. Matt Kenseth has achieved a victory in South Florida, and has surpassed Jimmie Johnson by 28 points or more in two races this season: Bristol in August, and Richmond in September. In Homestead, Jimmie Johnson has just lost 28 points to Kenseth in 2 of the 12 races that have been disputed, in 2005 and 2011.2003 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion still has the advantage in a possible tie, thanks to his 7 wins this season, compared to the 6 Jimmie Johnson. And this situation has come after the only bad day so far Chase, that you relegio the post 23 in Phoenix.

evin Harvick, the third pilot likely still be champion on Sunday, can only tighten the throttle and wait for a miracle. 433 Races which have played together, Harvick just outplayed Johnson by 35 points at 7, one of them this

season (Michigan in August), and never in Homestead .The Ford Eco Boost 400 on Sunday will be the race number 466 and the last of the Bakersfield pilot at the controls of the #29 of Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet, as the

coming season will compete in the ranks of Stewart-Haas Racing. And the incentive to finish this stage with a victory is obviously very attractive, making in addition to match its best session following 5 victories obtained in 2006. Kevin Harvick is very near the head in statistics in HMS: fourth best Driver Rating (100.1), position (10.6) career average and medium speed

with green flag (162,022 mph). He has finished second twice, adding 5 top5 and has completed all but one of 3209 disputed returns.

-"Can pass anything" commented Harvick on Sunday's race. -"You have to be there to win. Already we have done a good job to win races in the Chase, so we'll see what happens".

M.I.A has confirmed that she’ll be at next year’s Super Bowl Half-Time show, with Bruno Mars! Despite being in the midst of a million dollar lawsuit with the NFL, the pint-sized UK star is vowing to go back in February to support Bruno. Last year M.I.A supported Madonna in her half-time show slot, and sent the censors into overdrive after raising her middle finger on live national television. Ellie Goulding's Aussie tour dates This sparked a $1.5 million lawsuit with the NFL, but it would seem that M.I.A isn’t too bothered about that. TMZ approached her as she was leaving an L.A. sushi joint this week to ask about the lawsuit, and she laughed it all off like it was a joke - but then added that she would attend the 2014 Super Bowl to support Bruno's halftime show.

FIFA 2014 The FIFA World Cup is the biggest

single-event sporting competition in the world and its impact on society and the environment is indisputable. Staging such a worldclass event requires careful consideration of all aspects to ensure a balanced approach and sustainable outcome. FIFA and the LOC take this responsibility very seriously and are committed to delivering a sustainable event in Brazil in 2014. Through its worldwide reach, the FIFA World Cup also offers a unique platform to raise awareness and highlight selected social and environmental concerns on a global scale. Considering the interest and expectations that such an occasion arouses among a whole host of stakeholders, there is a risk of becoming overwhelmed by the large number of requests and opportunities. Therefore, it is essential for FIFA and the LOC to define a clear, ambitious and yet realistic focus for their approach. Over the coming years, the 2014 FIFA World Cup™ Sustainability Strategy will guide our efforts towards staging a sustainable event and, ultimately, contributing to building a better future.

5Myths about diabetes.. 1. Myth: People with diabetes can't eat sweets or chocolate. Fact: If eaten as part of a healthy meal plan, or combined with exercise, sweets and desserts can be eaten by people with diabetes. They are no more "off limits" to people with diabetes than they are to people without diabetes. The key to sweets is to have a very small portion and save them for special occasions so you focus your meal on more healthful foods.

2. Myth: You can catch diabetes from someone else. Fact: No. Although we don’t know exactly why some people develop diabetes, we know diabetes is not contagious. It can't be caught like a cold or flu. There seems to be some genetic link in diabetes, particularly type 2 diabetes. Lifestyle factors also play a part.

3. Myth: People with diabetes are more likely to get colds and other illnesses. Fact: You are no more likely to get a cold or another illness if you have diabetes. However, people with diabetes are advised to get flu shots. This is because any illness can make diabetes more difficult to control, and people with diabetes who do get the flu are more likely than others to go on to develop serious complications.

4. Myth: If you have type 2 diabetes and your doctor says you need to start using insulin, it means you're failing to take care of your diabetes properly. Fact: For most people, type 2 diabetes is a progressive disease. When first diagnosed, many people with type 2 diabetes can keep their blood glucose at a healthy level with oral medications. But over time, the body gradually produces less and less of its own insulin, and eventually oral medications may not be enough to keep blood glucose levels normal. Using insulin to get blood glucose levels to a healthy level is a good thing, not a bad one.

5. Myth: Fruit is a healthy food. Therefore, it is ok to eat as much of it as you wish. Fact: Fruit is a healthy food. It contains fiber and lots of vitamins and minerals. Because fruits contain carbohydrates, they need to be included in your meal plan. Talk to your dietitian about the amount, frequency and types of fruits you should eat. If you're new to type 2 diabetes, join our Living With Type 2 Diabetes programto get more facts.

Some diets for your Health.. A healthy diet is a way of eating that that reduces risk for complications such as heart disease and stroke. Healthy eating includes eating a wide variety of foods including:        

highest quality nutrients you can find. In other words, pick foods rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber over those that are processed. People with diabetes can eat the same foods the family enjoys. Everyone benefits from healthy eating so the whole family can take part in healthy eating. It takes some planning but you can fit your favorite foods into your meal plan and still manage your blood glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol. Your body is better able to regulate blood sugar levels—and your weight—when you maintain a regular meal schedule. Aim for moderate and consistent portion sizes for each meal or snack. 

Don’t skip breakfast. Start your day off with a good breakfast. Eating breakfast every day will help you have energy as well as steady blood sugar levels. Eat regular small meals—up to 6 per day. People tend to eat larger portions when they are overly hungry, so eating regularly will help you keep your portions in check. Keep calorie intake the same. Regulating the amount of calories you eat on a day-to-day basis has an impact on the regularity of your blood sugar levels. Try to eat roughly the same amount of calories every day, rather than overeating one day or at one meal.

There 2 easy ways to have a perfect abs even if you are a men you can fallow this tips.

Work out your abs

1. Change your diet to lose fat There is a saying among fitness professionals: Great abs are made in the kitchen, not at the gym. That’s because it’s easy to eat lots of calories, and very time-consuming to burn them off. Changing your diet to one that emphasizes lean proteins (such as chicken and fish), vegetables, fruit and essential fats (including omega-3 fatty acids found in fish and flaxseed) will help you to lose weight, including from your midsection. Also, cut down on your intake of refined foods, and save carbs such as bread, rice and cereal for your post-workout meal. That’s when your body is best able to manage the increase in blood sugar and insulin levels that occurs when you eat carbs. Skip crunches for cardio Decreasing your caloric intake and increasing your activity is the most
efficient way to reduce your percentage of body fat. Working your body as a whole and performing exercises that have the highest metabolic cost— meaning those that burn a lot of calories because they involve the greatest amount of muscle mass—is key to getting defined abs. Exer cises that are great for that include compound movements such as squats and dead lifts, and hybrid movements such as lunge 1 curls and squat presses. 9 One of my favourite calorieburning moves is this.
