Hello! I am Lucia and I draw. I come from Slovakia and I am currently based in France, more precisely RhĂ´ne-Alpes region. I love to draw for people. I enjoy listening to their stories in order to translate them into my black and white language. I believe that by drawing I can highlight some, often missed moments of our Life. The moments we do not pay attention to or we consider them rather necessary than enjoyable, the moments that are often taken for granted. For me, drawing is always a refletion of my life, my current way of thinking and acting. Therefore I see it as a great source of self knowledge. I am always looking for new places for my drawings. I am curious and open to collaborations and new projects while never considering the old ones as finished. My creations for me are rather on-going processes and I feel myself free to always come back to them. I am very thrilled when people are interested to take part in my projects. 2018 calendar is my personal project consisting of 12 drawings inspired by Google Maps. All 12 drawings are from European countries. The square frames are usually showing a meeting of two elements, such as land and water or the contrast of manmade and untouched.

ALB RECHT FO RUM
Tote bag and notebook designs for Albrecht Forum, an organization dedicated to the protection and revival of the Albrecht House, Bratislava’s traditional artistic and educational centre. The organisation is selling these products to cover the costs of the revival.
My personal project currently exhibited at K Fé Thé in Aix les Bains, France. This series of drawings captures rituals of me and other people who wished to share theirs with me. With every ritual I’ve decided to choose a part of the process and expressed it in details in order to highlight the beauty of this repetitive activity.
LE PONT DE CLAIX
Le Pont de Claix is a quarter of Grenoble, where atelier In Vivo mediated a project of revitalisation of public spaces using 1:33 model. This model, constructed by ThĂŠo Faucheux was made out of trash found in the quarter. In order to make the visitors understand the space better, I drew a panorama of Chartreuse mountains, which are an important visual element for the quarter.
