The program A short-term Certificate Program designed for students and professionals of Architecture and Urbanism interested in learning and discovering new paths on Patrimony and Restoration in the city of Florence. Conservation and restoration play an important role when we think about the management of Historical and Cultural heritage. Florence is the perfect place to immerse and discover the nuances of this amazing field of study.
Course features language of Instruction: English Intermediate Level Length: 3 weeks Class schedule: â€˘ From Monday to Thursday - Class days + On-site visits + Project Work â€˘ From Friday to Sunday - Optional Field Trips to Milan and Rome (Costs not included in the program fee)
Minimum # of participants: 15 Workload: 96 hours total
Program fee R$ 3.738,00 (Reais) The payment can be done in one single transfer with a discount of 3% by November 10th, 2018 or in installments as follows: • Deposit of application fee of R$ 738,00 to be paid after application confirmation by Nov. 10th, 2018 • R$ 1.500,00 by Dec. 10th, 2018 • R$ 1.500,00 by Jan. 10th, 2019
Program fee Participants should additionally cover food and accommodation for the period of training as well as travel expenses to Florence. The expenses for the Optional Field Trips to Milan and Rome are not included. Application deadline: November 5th, 2018
Additional info With a group of minimum 10 participants, transfers will be provided free of charge for participants arriving/departing as follows: January 20th â€“ Group Arrival February 9th â€“ Group Departure Transfer logistics will be organized according to arrival/departure information. Study in a historical building of the XVII century Palazzo Niccolini Located at nr. 37 of via Cavour, insideÂ Palazzo Niccolini, AEF is located in the heart of Florence, halfway between the Duomo and Piazza San Marco. Students attend classes in a Renaissance palace equipped with the most modern technologies, however, the city immediately becomes a single, large classroom, in which to immerse yourself in order to get to know the art and culture of Florence.
