Which products have already been incorporated to the lawyers in Ceará in CAACE after your induction? We took over in January of 2010 and, ever since, we have already improved the existing services and implemented new services such as speech therapy, conventional physiotherapy, Pilates, RPG in the Casa do Advogado (House of the Lawyer). With that, we not only decentralize the service but also get closer to the lawyer even more, once the Casa do Advogado is located right across Clovis Beviláqua Courthouse. We also established new agreements and partnerships with educational institutions, restaurants, stores, clinics, preparatory courses for public contests and different companies interested in expanding their customers to a universe of more than 22 thousand lawyers. Those partnerships offer special discounts and exclusive advantages for those who are affiliated to CAACE/OAB. However, we are aware that we still need to implement many other achievements for those lawyers. We will pull off unprecedented measures on behalf of the class. And one of these includes the creation of the Casa do Advogado ( House of the Lawyers) and the drugstore at the Autran Nunes Courthouse, located Downtown Fortaleza, besides extending the services of CAACE to all headquarters of subsections in the State.

What strategy does CAACE intend to use to move and recruit more law operators towards its direction in Ceará? Actually, the credibility that our entity conquered in the last management has made more and more lawyers come into the headquarter of the entity in order to affiliate because they recognize the quality of the services made available and carried out by CAACE. It is evident that the current direction board also plays a relevant role in the achievement work, not only for maintaining the existing services, but also and mainly for extending them and bringing them to the Law class as a whole, with no distinctions. A proof of that is, since we´ve taken over, we won over the hearts of three thousands new associated members. And these memberships grow day after day. Continuing to offer the biggest and best coverage of assistance services is our main goal and commitment with the advocacy from Ceará. We will always be searching for new services to earn and value the name of the entity that is a CAIXA DE ASSSISTENCIA DOS ADVOGADOS DO CEARÁ (Ceara’s Lawyers Assistance Boards) Changing the subject of the interview: What is your opinion about the monitoring of the prisoners? In my opinion, this measure is extremely valuable and required. I myself in the the presidency of the Penitentiary Council of the State of Ceará had already provoked the Justice Bureau to adopt the electronic monitoring. Thus, it would be possible to grant the prisoners a lot of benefits that the State did not have the structure to offer, such as the possibility of outside work, the attendance in professionalization courses, the concession of temporary leaves more frequently, etc. Moreover, it

How is CAACE´S process of internalization in the performance being held? The board of directors of CAACE reaffirms the commitment of expansion and internalization of the services enjoyed by the associated members of Fortaleza, extending its action range to all headquarters of the subsections of OAB-CE in the countryside. An example of that is the decentralization of the services of CAACE´S dental plan that is already available, through partnerships with dentists and clinics, for our associated members in the cities of Crato, Juazeiro do Norte, Limoeiro do Norte and Sobral. Soon, this service will benefit the affiliated members from Itapipoca and
Quixadá, until it reaches all affiliated members the entity in the subsections. It is important highlight that our goal is being reached thanks the work made by the delegates and presidents the subsections.
