THE OFFICIAL NEWSLETTER OF DIVISION 42 WEST

GREETINGS FELLOW KEY CLUBBERS! My name is Marshall Ferré and it’s an honor for me to be able to introduce myself as your newly elected Lieutenant Governor for Key Club Division 42 West. I am a junior at Seaside High School and I live with my parents in Warrenton. I have an older brother, Andrew, and an older sister named Mara. I’m currently a long-distance runner on the Seaside High School track team, but my real passion is soccer. I have been playing since I was 6. I recently attended the Key Club District Convention in Seattle, as did many of you, and I was very impressed with the sheer number of attendees at this year’s convention. It was so much work, but it really paid off to see everyone having so much fun. I only wish that for next DCON we have more people from our division come so we can have greater representation of our division.

In This Issue: 1. From your Lieutenant Governor 2. DCON 3. PICS OF DCON

THANK YOU! FOR ATTENDING DCON

I feel awesome to be your new Lieutenant Governor and I will work my hardest to be the best for you guys!

The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others. -Mahatma Gandhi

DCON DCON was all kinds of awesome! I got to meet new people and discover a whole new side to Key Club. My favorite part about DCON was to see so many people filled with kindness and a sense of wanting to help the community. When I was being sworn in I felt so honored and appreciated by everyone. I felt like I was really a part of something special. My division supported me the whole way and I appreciate them. The workshops were great! We had a lot of special people come and talk to us and teach us about life as well as making us laugh. The other Lieutenant Governors helped make DCON move by so smoothly. All of the committees worked very hard to make DCON happen. They did an excellent job!
