LOS ALEGRES ANCIANOS MEXICANOS (L.A.A.M.) This is a non-city, private organization for seniors to socialize and enjoy games and special events; annual membership is $7 per year. L.A.A.M. also provides assistance to seniors in crisis. For details call 350-9430.

RODARTE 50+ GROUP This group is open to all seniors and meets for lunch, trips, various activities and friendship. A donation of $3 helps cover the cost of lunch for members, $5 for non-members. Call Annabel 970-534-5797 or Teresa 970-518-8783 for more information..

MASSAGE Massage should be a part of your health plan! It increases flexibility, lowers blood pressure, releases “feel good” hormones, increases circulation and flushes out toxins. Meetings are open to everyone at no charge – beginner to advanced. Attendees have their questions answered, trade ideas and see presentations on a variety of topics listed online at cugg.org. Meets the second Saturday and the third Wednesday of each month at 7pm.
