Welcome to our April newsletter. There seems to be no end in sight to the significant rise in local housing prices. From land to houses and apartments, prices are not slowing down. The team auctioned 5 blocks of land in Berowra last month with four selling on the day. The last one was snapped up just a few days after the auction. Another standout sale was 66 Burdett Street, Hornsby. The home attracted in excess of 25 registered bidders. After some strong bids the hammer fell at $1,360,000. Last month also saw the surge in apartment prices with many two bedroom properties selling in excess of $600,000. Many of these traded 5 years ago for under $400,000. I wish you all a safe Easter.
