Need to enhanced awareness programmes relating to human rights with a view to enhancing knowledge and understanding, and creating appropriate attitudinal change relating to human rights, for the public at large public officers, with special programmes for security forces and the Police and for employers in the private sector, trade unions and such similar specialized groups.
