If your client requires more specific assurance about what will happen when, try to do the project in multiple stages. Start with an initial budget of probably just a few weeks始 work while you do some research and even try out a direction or two. Then, when the research is done and everyone has a better sense of what should be in scope, you can do a proposal for the design, build and deployment of the site. Product-driven estimation For product-driven estimates, we make a list of all the work products we think we will need to create to complete the project. A work product may be any type of deliverable, but it must have some sort of documentation and a specific owner responsible for seeing it accomplished. Work Product

Writing a proposal Now it comes to the proposal. At this point, all of the pre-project work that is going to be finished has been finished, and it始s up to the project team to work out what can reasonably be accomplished within the project itself.
