LONG ISLAND HOMES Victorian owned and operated, Long Island Homes Directors have over 60 combined years of experience in construction and the delivery of outstanding new homes. Homes which have been designed to satisfy the needs of first home buyers, 2nd 3rd home owners and investors. Our head office is in Point Cook, where, we started the business over a decade ago from the double garage of our very first display home. Today, we proudly have a head office housing 30 fulltime staff and display 14 stunning homes in Melbourne’s Northern and Western suburbs and Geelong. Attention to details, due diligence, and risk management, coupled with expert market knowledge allows us to develop products and strategies aimed at delivering innovative design, quality construction and excellent customer service. Innovation is at the forefront of our designs. new home designs which are constantly updated to meet the needs of individuals and families alike. Land sizes have changed over the past few years and our new home designs have remained ahead of the market in liveability in the residential owner occupier space. Our primary customer used to be the more discerning 2nd and 3rd home buyer, however, we are now also a leader in the affordable housing market with a totally new range of smaller single and double storey homes. Building a large 60sq double storey or a small 14sq single doesn’t make any difference to a ‘Long Islander’. Ultimately our aim is for, all of Our Customers to Enjoy Building a Long Island Home.

With so many double storey designs on the market, you really need to think deeply about design to truly make a difference. It all comes down to the 1 percenters. How the corridors flow, storage spread around the house, how functional the bathrooms, ensuite and powder rooms are. Whether the general living areas are large enough and balanced to the rest of the home. These are only some of the questions we considered when finalising the design of the Como. The result is an outstanding new home design. With its elegant entrance, sweeping staircase and designer kitchen, the Como makes a statement. Yet there are also some very clever features.
