ABOUT Chris is from Coppell, Texas (a suburb of Dallas/Fort Worth). He moved to the Texas Hill Country in 2007. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and graduated from the University of Phoenix-Dallas with a Master’s Degree in General Business. Chris has over 10 years of farm & ranch, residential and commercial lending experience in the Texas Hill Country. He started in banking as a loan officer, was promoted to a Vice President/Branch Manager, eventually becoming a Market President, after which he left the banking industry to pursue his passion in real estate. Chris believes in the value of exceptional customer service, integrity, and professionalism. He brings a wealth of knowledge in marketing, sales/business development, management and negotiating, which will be valuable tools in helping his clients with the purchase or sale of their property. Chris specializes in ranch and residential properties in the Texas Hill Country. He has been a member of the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers for over 10 years as an affiliate member during his banking career, where he served as a director for two terms. Chris is also a member of the Kerrville Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He is a graduate of Leadership Kerr County and plans to stay involved in the community as much as possible. Chris lives in Kerrville with his wife, Erin and their two dogs. Chris enjoys going to the family ranch in Kerr County where he likes to go hunt. His other hobbies include golfing, traveling, being a college football fan and a SPURS fan.
