District Convention 2013 Lets Dive Into Service!

When: Friday, March 22th to Sunday, March 24th, 2013 Where: Sea-Tac, Washington, USA in Double Tree Hotel Key Club’s District Convention 2013 (DCON) is coming up soon! Now for all of you wondering what exactly DCON is... DCON is an annual event where all Key Clubbers in the Pacific Northwest District come together to just celebrate and have fun as a whole! (Our division, division 13/15/17, is one of only two Canadian Divisions going, isn’t that special!) If you plan on going, make sure you come and get a field trip/ registration form from us and hand it in along with payments by Thursday, January 24, 2013. We’ll be hopping onto the 9 am ferry on Friday and coming back on the 5 pm ferry on Sunday. Further details are also included in the form package! It’s a great once in a lifetime experience you won’t forget, and we even get front row seats!

See you there!

Jeneece Place Cookie Baking

The Mustard Seed Clean Up Though it’s the holidays, there’s always the need to clean; so we headed down to the Mustard Seed to help spoof up the place a little!

Gift

Marc with an awesome Ghostbusters Vacuum!

Wrapping

We got gift wrapping down to a science over the winter break! Key Clubbers volunteered to wrap various gifts at Mayfair Mall, with all donations going to the Mustard Seed Food Bank. Thanks to everyone who went! 3

Locker Wrapping

Dember’s the month where you see lights and tinsel everywhere, so why not decorate the hallways of the school aswell? Key Club held a locker wrapping event on the last few weeks of school. We wrapped many lockers and were glad to “deck out the halls” and see the holiday spirit happen at our school! On top of that, we raised an awesome amount of money that went to help out Project Educate! Good job everyone!

Elections Thinking of running for an executive position? Elections are coming soon, so start thinking of positions you want to run for, anyone can run! (Well, except for all of you graduating this year.)

Positions: Bulletin Editor (The best job, obviously.) , Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, and President.
