The Client

Hilton Food Group is an international specialist retail meat packing company supplying major international retailers such as Tesco, Ahold, Albert Heijn, ICA, Rimi and Coop across the UK, Europe and Australia. In Australia, Hilton has a longstanding relationship with Woolworths Limited (“Woolworths”) and will continue to work closely with them from their new facility. Project Summary

—— Neighbouring Asahi Beverages in Heathwood, the Hilton Foods facility has a ground footprint of 25,000sqm with mezzanines and first floor areas. —— The development will be the second stage of the LOGOS Heathwood Estate. —— The development site is located in Queensland’s premier logistics precinct of Heathwood. Directly linked to Logan Motorway, the site has superior vehicular exposure and access. The Operations

This is a highly specialized facility that has a ground floor, mezzanine level and first floor incorporating a production/packaging area, warehouse storage area, crate wash and large office area. Hilton’s business model involves large scale, extensively automated and robotised meat processing and packaging operations. Developing robotics technology has been extended in recent years both in the production environment and to the sorting of finished products by retailer store order. LOGOS Value Add

The Client

Asahi Beverages is a member of the Asahi Group Holdings, one of Japan’s leading beverage companies and the country’s largest brewer. The company have a strong portfolio of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including the brands Schweppes, Vodka Cruiser, Peroni, Cool Ridge and Woodstock. Within Australia and New Zealand, Asahi Beverages is also one of the marketing leading companies in the industry. Project Summary

• In December 2016, LOGOS committed to the development of a 18,778sqm distribution facility for Asahi Beverages in Heathwood, Queensland. • State-of-the-art facility is located on a 110,000 sqm site with further scope for development. • The development site is located in Queensland’s premier logistics precinct of Heathwood. Directly linked to Logan Motorway, the site has superior vehicular exposure and access. The Operations

The high bay area of the facility utilises satellite multi deep rack with an Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS). It uses Storage and Retrieval Machines (SRMs) operating within racking aisles to carry out put-away and retrieval tasks of pallets from the racking. The low bay area then facilitates forklift movements, selective pallet rack, drive-in pallet rack, pallet conveyors and automated stretch wrappers. LOGOS Value Add

• Secured 20-year pre-commitment from Asahi, with the site servicing Queensland. • Developed the site in line with Asahi’s high specification design, project managed all facets of the project.

Marsden Park, NSW Selected Project 3 - Valleyfresh Global

The Client

Valleyfresh are global distributors and packers of fresh produce, with specialist expertise in importing and exporting fresh fruit and vegetables. Established 20 years ago, Valleyfresh are now an established market leader in the Australian fresh produce sector. Project Summary

• Valleyfresh was the first pre-lease commitment secured at Marsden Park Logistics Estate. • Practical completion was reached in April 2019 after a seven month construction period. The Operations

The 5,700sqm temperature controlled warehouse and ancillary office accommodate cool rooms, chillers and ripening rooms to facilitate the storage and ripening of fresh produce up to seven pallets high. LOGOS Value Add

• LOGOS effectively managed and coordinated specialised contractors to ensure delivery of a state of the art facility. • An additional prelease commitment and two speculative facilities were constructed concurrently with Valleyfresh, which in June this will see the completion of Stage 1 of the estate in just nine months since receiving Development Approval.

Prestons, NSW Selected Project 4 - Toll Group

The Client

Toll Group are Asia-Pacific’s leading logistics service provider offering road, air, sea and rail solutions. The new Prestons fulfilment centre has been developed in close collaboration with Speciality Fashion Group, Australia’s largest women’s fashion retailer. Due to increased e-commerce efficiencies, the retailing group is reducing it’s physical stores to 700 from 1000. Project Summary

• Prior to acquisition of the Prestons site, LOGOS secured a pre-lease commitment of two warehouses and office facilities that has a combined GLA of 64,556sqm • The Toll commitment occupies 60% of the Prestons estate and a strategic anchor development. • In February 2017, LOGOS completed the development of the first 33,830sqm distribution facility for Toll Transport. The second facility was completed in May 2017. The Operations

The new enterprise facility uses automation to pack boxes ready for shipment within 30 minutes, allowing Toll to respond to the faster fulfilment demands of customers. Within an hour it also allows approximately 35,000 separate units to be picked up as compared to about 90 units per hour previously with manual picking. LOGOS Value Add

• Commencing in July ‘16, both facilities were delivered in record time and under budget. • The deal is one of the biggest prelease transactions in Australia for a number of years. • On completion, the combined warehouses are valued at $109m.

The Client

Volvo Group Australia (VGA) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Swedish-based Volvo Group. The new Prestons development houses a larger, multi branded truck facility and workshop. Project Summary

• The 29,300sqm facility including heavy duty hardstand areas incorporates 40 heavy duty workshop bays, sales offices, a drive through truck wash bay and truck parking. • The facility plays an important role in servicing Volvo Group Australia’s customers across their Mack, UD and Volvo truck brands in the Sydney region. • Construction duration was 6 months with pracrical completion reached in Q3 2018.

Project Summary

• In July 2018 LOGOS completed it’s first development in Singapore, Tuas South Link 1. • The ~66,000sqm, 5 level ramp up facility took approximately 16 months to construct and was developed as a joint venture between Yang Kee Logistics and LOGOS. • First warehouse under Green Mark V2015 that has been accorded the Platinum award, the highest accolade by the Building & Construction Authority of Singapore. LOGOS Value Add

• The ramp, driveways, loading bays and roof top parking are designed for the turning of large vehicles including 40’ container trucks. This was designed in close consultation with Yang Kee Logistics to suit their operational requirements. • Design provisions were allowed for to ensure ease of future expansion to the automated container crane system if required.
