• Registration is open for the 16th annual First Security Conway Kids’ Triathlon with about 200 kids signed up so far. Youth ages six to 15 can still register online at www. until Aug. 1, as long as spots are still available. The Aug. 3 Triathlon event is one of the country’s premier youth triathlons for all kids, not just kids who participate in triathlons. • July 21 — Family Life Bible Church, 150 Hogan Lane, will celebrate 17 years of God’s faithfulness with a special celebration service of worship and praise at 10 a.m. Brian Poppe, representing the first six couples of the church, will make a special presentation to Pastor Neal Winstead. Guest speaker is Mr. Timothy Warren, professor at Dallas Theological Seminary. Testimonies from the major church supported ministries, including Renewal Ranch will be presented, along with special music from Praise Band and Worship Ministries. The perinatal bereavement program is designed to addresses a family’s individual needs through supportive care in the hospital as well as follow-up care. Bearers of Light is a parent-led, self-help group guided by professionals who attend the meetings to provide information and facilitate group discussion.
