KRANK SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM Council’s KRANK School Holiday Program is now offering fun activities for children aged five to 11 years. Activities are free or low cost! Spaces are limited and bookings are essential. Please phone the number listed with each activity for bookings and enquiries. Your child may not be able to participate in the class on the day if you have not pre-registered. If you are aged 12 to 17 years, there is a separate KRANK School Holiday Program just for you. CIRCUS WORKSHOP Ever wanted to run away and join the circus? Well, now you can! The performers from the Ashton Circus family are heading over to the Logan Metro Sports Centre to teach you all of their circus secrets. These series of workshops are designed to introduce you to the wonders of circus, both on the ground and in the air. Try wire walking, diablo, plate spinning, aerial silks and the aerial ring!

CORNUBIA PARK SPORTS CARNIVAL

CRAFT CLUB Come join the Seniors’ Club at the Logan Central Community Centre and have fun with their craft club! This intergenerational activity will be coordinated in partnership with the Logan PCYC.

This is a full, exciting day for kids with various sports and activities! This physio-designed program teaches children the fundamentals of six different sports and develops essential motor skills in a fun, non-competitive environment. GIRLS CLUB

Learn new and innovative folding techniques to make your own plane soar through the air, faster and higher than ever before! Test your flying prowess, and take part in a competition to see which planes can fly the greatest distance.

Girls will get to explore their creativity in a range of activities such as stencilling, beading, creating dreamcatchers, making natural beauty products such as face masks and moisturiser, weaving, manicures, Henna Tattoos and hair styling. And remember, in the Girls Club, there’s no boys allowed!

GO-KARTING

FUTURE CHEFS

Enjoy a fun day out where you can learn to drive a go-kart. Each driver will receive three go-kart races with coaching from our professionals and three amusement rides.

Future Chefs teaches children how to prepare and cook a healthy three course meal. After cooking, children will learn how to set a table properly and share the food. This activity encourages confidence with cooking skills, trying new foods and seeing how different families and cultures share meals.
