Remodeled in 2013, the exquisite ADA compliant Gail Towbes Auditorium features wider seating with increased legroom, improved acoustics and lighting, expanded restroom facilities, and new heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. Rental of the stage & auditorium includes use of dressing rooms, indoor lobby areas and the Esplanade–the Lobero’s welcoming brick plaza. This versatile gathering space is used as an outdoor lobby and concession service space.

Located behind the Lobero Theatre, the Lobero Theatre Courtyard is the ideal setting for preand post-show receptions, networking events, luncheons, banquets, breakout events, and more. Accessible to the public via gates on Anacapa Street.
