The tutor will demonstrate classic recipes like the perfect roast dinner, along with starters and delicious desserts.

Elizabeth Carty is the author of "Shrewd Food"; a book on how to reduce household costs during the recession. Elizabeth has travelled extensively, collecting recipes and food ideas. She is passionate about food and has always had an interest in preparing good food at a realistic price. She is also conscious that we live in very busy times and that food preparation should be kept to a minimum. During the class, Elizabeth will demonstrate easy mouth-watering recipes that will be easy on the purse and also result in a significantly healthier diet.
