In a shallow bowl or plate, soak a piece of bread in 1/4 cup gravy for 10 minutes. (This is the “moist maker.�) On another piece of bread, layer the turkey, remaining gravy, canned cranberry sauce slices and stuffing. On the third slice of bread, spread the whole cranberry sauce. Sandwich the gravy-soaked bread between the other two pieces.
