PREPARATION FOR ALL POUCHED ENTRÉES: Water bath directions: Place pouches in 185-190°F (85-90°C) water in steam jacketed kettle or water bath. Do not overcrowd. Allow water to return to temperature before timing. Heating time will vary depending upon number of pouches to be heated. Frozen: 85-90 minutes. Tempered: 60-65 minutes. Turn pouch(es) 2-3 times during heating. Prior to serving, gently shake pouch(es).
