Be as present as possible while performing each exercise in order to gain the most from your experiences. One way to be present for an experience is to take a pause between what you were doing before an exercise and the exercise itself. Find a comfortable location in which to practice, a pad of paper, and a pen or pencil, and let’s get started. Below are several affirmations. Read through them and choose those that most resonate with you. All of the following affirmations mean the same thing, but are written differently for different personality types. Copy those that resonate for you into your notebook. “I live from my heart and serve the Light in all areas of my life.” “I open myself to new abilities as my heart guides me each step of the way.” “I patiently surrender to my psychic learning process.” “I love the way my soul develops and am happy with my magical life.
