911 Telecommunications • Five-week, 80-hour course consisting of classroom and hands-on training, including keyboarding and listening and responding to actual 911 and non-emergency calls Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation • Eight-hour American Heart Association course Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) • Two-week, 40-hour course identifying roles and responsibilities, legal and liability issues, quality assurance and stress management for Emergency Medical Dispatchers Combined Course • Designed for those seeking certifications in 911 Telecommunications, CPR and EMD
