Tri-C’s Workforce, Community and Economic Development Division provides programs for individuals and businesses. Programs are available with fast training in mind for individuals who need to enter the workforce quickly. Programs include advanced manufacturing; health care; alternative energy; information technology; truck driving; firefighter/EMS; and law enforcement. Corporate College Corporate College, a division of Cuyahoga Community College, is focused on certification, licensure and professional development programs that meet individuals’ needs for upgrading skills and employers’ demands for a talented and trained workforce. The facilities at our Corporate College in Warrensville Heights and Westlake provide comfortable meeting and conference space, catering, free parking and much more for the business professional. The College offers an innovative admissions partnership program that allows you to complete an associate degree at Cuyahoga Community College while preparing for transfer to a four-year college or university such as Baldwin Wallace University, Central State University, Cleveland State University or Kent State University to pursue a bachelor’s degree. Tri-C also offers students the opportunity to complete an associate degree and move seamlessly into a bachelor’s degree on-site at Tri-C campuses. Through partnership agreements with Hiram, Tiffin, and Franklin universities, students can complete bachelor’s degrees in Accounting, Business, or Criminal Justice. For more information, visit

Creative Arts

Build a Foundation for University Transfer. At Tri-C, you can explore a variety of career options by taking the same general education courses offered at most four-year institutions of higher learning. Students may elect to enroll in state‑approved Ohio Transfer Module (OTM) and Transfer Assurance Guide (TAG) courses, which will transfer and apply toward a major at any of Ohio’s public institutions of higher education. With an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree, you can transfer to another college or university to complete a bachelor’s degree.

Creative Arts If you enjoy finding creative solutions using your artistic talents, you may be interested in pursuing a career in Creative Arts. Whether you would like to study fine or performing arts or learn a skill such as advertising or graphic design, Tri-C has a program for you. Liberal Arts and Sciences

The College’s largest academic division offers more than 600 courses each semester. Tri-C is the ideal place to launch your education. You can earn an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree and then continue your studies at a four-year college or university with significant cost savings. Liberal Arts and Sciences courses are also part of an applied degree program. A liberal arts and sciences education is the foundation for a wide range of careers. It teaches you how to think critically – essential preparation for every job. In today’s job market, technical skills are not enough. To be a success, you must be able to communicate well, solve problems and work with others to accomplish goals and develop effective leadership skills. The transfer curriculum is designed to parallel courses taken at four-year colleges or universities in the first two years. Health Care and Public Service Programs

Cuyahoga Community College is a leader in health career education, ranking third in the nation in conferring degrees in health professions and related sciences.* Tri-C offers more than 30 programs and educates the majority of the region’s highly skilled health care and nursing professionals. Gain valuable experience using the latest technology in campus-based clinics and laboratories. Most importantly, you will receive hands-on clinical experience here in Cleveland at some of the world’s leading health systems. Most health career programs are two years in length and lead to an Associate of Applied Science degree. Tri-C also offers certificates and post-degree certificates in many health career programs.
