There is a Bullish Engulfing Candle on October 27,, and three Gaps open up between February 27 and September 29, 2009 at .67/.95, the near term resistance is 1.44, support at 1.25, and the 50 day (EMA) exponential moving average is 0.91. This is America’s Minority Health Network Inc. (AHMN): the company provides a 32-inch, hi-definition TV screen to waiting rooms in doctor’s offices primarily serving the African-American population of the United States. Black Americans, especially, are prone to diseases such as diabetes, obesity, sickle cell anemia, and others specific to their race. Plans include widening their focus to the Latino population. Latinos, too, suffer from diabetes and obesity out of proportion to their still-minority status in the U.S. Because they do not traditionally keep up with medical news for a variety of reasons, direct-to- consumer broadcasts via broadband Internet to doctor’s offices is a unique way to inform and protect these vulnerable societies. AHMN is supported by targeted advertising from healthcare facilities, such as hospitals, pharmacies, and other practitioners, who are drawn to AMHN’s captured audiences in waiting rooms. The Company performs a needed service, while drawing revenue from sponsors for their programming. Each month, the network digitally delivers updated healthcare segments and advertising by broadcasting in high definition directly to waiting rooms of 100 subscribing African American medical offices across the United States, with an estimated 100,000 viewers. AHMN plans a rollout for an additional 900 locations. AMHN has tapped one of the fastest growing markets. Patients are better educated, physicians provide better care, and advertisers have access to markets that were previously untouched by their advertising dollars. Once AHMN has 10,000 locations they could have an anticipated revenue stream of US$62M with an EBITDA of US$32M.
