Liverpool¶s Hard Day¶s Night Hotel is supporting up and coming musicians in the city for the third year running, as it plays host to the Liverpool Sound City Festival from 19th to 22nd May 2010. As part of their commitment to nurturing local musical talent, the Hard Day¶s Night Hotel is offering their conferencing facilities to the Liverpool Sound City Festival, whose programme of networking events, seminars and round table discussions on the future of the music business will draw record industry luminaries to the hotel from all over the world. The Sound City event will run alongside the Hard Day¶s Night Hotel¶s regular Live Lounge evenings, which give Liverpool¶s top acoustic performers the chance to showcase their talents to an evening cocktail crowd on Friday and Saturday nights.

representatives from the industryÂśs most influential record companies- Warner Music, Universal Music Group and BMG to name a few. The Hard DayÂśs Night Hotel has supported the Liverpool Sound City Festival since it started three years ago, with the event going from strength to strength ever since. The Liverpool Sound City this year was indeed interesting, especially with the line-up of bands they had and with panel discussions that were providded. We at The Music Void attended.
