OLLOWING the success of last month's free Community Fitness Week, the Active Sefton Suite at Dunes Splashworld in Southport is offering you the chance to take part in a summer of free activities!
A state-of-the-art fitness centre, the Active Sefton Suite, run by Ezefitness at Dunes Splashworld, is passionately backing the government Change 4 Life campaign to help combat obesity – and from May to August will be running a different Community Fitness Week each month. The perfect opportunity to try out the Active Sefton Suite's fantastic facilities, the scheme offers free use of the centre's fitness suite, swimming pool and exercise classes and each month will target a different part of the community. From May 25 to 31 the theme will be Weight Loss Community Fitness Week, from June 22 to 28 it's Younger Next Year Community Fitness Week, while from July 27 to August 2 you can take part in Active Kids Community Fitness Week. Sarah Dack McGuinness, club manager of the Active Sefton Suite, said: “The Community Fitness Weeks are a fantastic opportunity for those who have never stepped inside a gym before to come and try out our facilities. “We cater for the very young to the very old, the unfit to the elite athlete, and our professional instructors will be on hand to provide one-to-one appointments to ensure that you feel comfortable in a gym-based environment.” Special membership offers are also available for those wishing to join
