Making moves to success O

NE of Wirral’s leading estate and lettings agents has expanded its lettings operation.

Clive Watkin Lettings has expanded into Neston, having opened a new office at 20 The Cross in Neston village in November 2011. The firm has also relocated its existing Heswall head office to a new, more prominent position at 32 Pensby Road. “We have expanded to maintain and improve the unrivalled quality of service to our customers, and more expansion is planned throughout the region over the coming months,” said Tim Lever, partner in charge of lettings for the company throughout Wirral, Sefton,

Liverpool and Southport. Clive Watkin Lettings has enjoyed considerable success since its inception 11 years ago. “We let more than 600 properties a year and manage approaching 1,000 properties throughout the region, and are about to let our 4,000th property since the business opened in 2001,” added Tim, who has been in the lettings industry for over 25 years. The expansion has consolidated Clive Watkin Lettings’ position as a leader in the local lettings market, as Tim explained: “We have already seen record levels of lets from our Neston office within three months of opening, and business has increased in our Heswall office.”

The company now has more than 20 staff dedicated purely to lettings and property management, operating from four lettings offices with the support of eight high street sales offices. The team at the new Neston office includes lettings negotiator Vanessa Joslin, property manager Peter Ashworth and lettings manager Debbie Thomas, who has rejoined the company after successfully running her own lettings business for five years. All Clive Watkin Lettings’ offices offer a full range of lettings and property management services, including full property management, rent collection and letting-only services.
