Thank you for your enquiry and allowing Little Gray Station to provide you with a proposal in regards to the opportunity to setup or style your wedding. At Little Gray Station each client and their event is special to us, we take pride in creating an easy working relationship. If you choose Little Gray Station to setup or style your wedding, you will fast discover our priority for your day. As your wedding stylist, it is my duty to fulfill your dreams with a well-styled event that suits you and is influenced by you and your vision. Our team service Byron Bay; Murwillumbah; Uki; Tumbulgum; Gold Coast and hinterland; Mt Tamborine; Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. If your wedding is outside our service areas, don’t be disheartened we would love to customise a proposal for your wedding day. We have created three wedding styling packages to take the stress out of your day, our “Cotton On-The-Day Package,” “Silk Styling Package” and the” Velvet Styling Package.”


Cotton On-The-Day Package Starting from $1250.00 + GST Unlike a full wedding styling package, this on-the-day setup option is perfect for couples who have planned and designed their entire wedding theme and style and now require a professional with experience and a fine eye for detail to setup their wedding on the day. This package includes: ²  We will meet with you at your venue one-two months before your wedding date to discuss all of the fine elements and details of your wedding styling and decorating. ²  A setup timeline will be presented to you within one-week after our meeting. ²  On the day of your wedding we will be at your venue to setup your ceremony and reception as well as other detailed areas included in your day. ²  Part of the setup will include “on-the-day” coordinating of your chosen suppliers who are delivering styled items such as hire furniture, props and flowers etc. ²  We will put all of the finishing touches together on your day. ²  A minimum hire spend of $400.00 of Little Gray Station hire range + delivery and pickup is required.


Silk Styling Package (For standup cocktail wedding receptions)

Starting from $2700.00 + GST

Our Silk Styling Package is a full comprehensive styling service designed for stand up cocktail weddings. Our experienced team work with you from the beginning of your wedding plans to assist on bringing together your ideal wedding style. We allocate over 60 hours of styling, decorating, labour and creativity to create a well styled, individual and most of all personal wedding that reflects you as a couple. This package includes: ²  Initial meeting at your chosen venue to discuss your plans and inspiration for your wedding style. ²  A detailed design which will include floor-plans, styling concept and design boards, flowers required, colour schemes and much more. ²  Meetings with your chosen florist to discuss the theming, requirements and budget. ²  An overview on what hire items LGS recommend to assist with creating your theme and styled areas. ²  We enjoy making or sourcing custom decorations to make your wedding unique and individual. ²  Suggestions on how to theme your wedding, areas including: ceremony, reception, guestbook, wishing well/gift table, cake or sweets display, food and drink stations, guest favours, photo booth and much more. ²  Sourcing and ordering of styling materials. ²  Quotes for additional furniture, prop hire and lighting. ²  Setup and pack down of your all LGS hire items and the wedding decorations. ²  You will have complete access to our “Little Black Book” and who we have worked with, love and recommend. ²  Unlimited phone and email correspondents throughout the styling process. ²  A minimum hire spend of $500.00 on Little Gray Station hire range + delivery and pickup is required.

Additional fees to expect: ²  All and any expenses of the styling materials and decorations. ²  All invoices through other suppliers such as flowers, lighting, hire etc are your expense; all deposits required from other suppliers are to be paid by you. ²  The minimum hire spend on Little Gray Station hire range of $500.00 + delivery and pickup.


Velvet Styling Package (Sit down wedding reception) Starting from $3950.00 + GST

Our Velvet Styling Package is a full comprehensive styling service designed for sit down wedding receptions. We work with you from the beginning of your wedding plans to assist on bringing together your ideal wedding style. We allocate over 100 hours of styling, decorating, labour and creativity to create a well styled, individual and most of all personal wedding that reflects you as a couple.
