M.A. and the Toy Guy break down the hottest toys

November 14, 2012 – Reach: 151,015 Nielsen Audience

Apparently, at some point between when I was a kid and now, hot toys went from being primarily made of wood to being primarily made of...light. At least that's what seems to be the case, according to the recent Time to Play Magazine showcase. Even old school toys are adding light. While it doesn't get much more traditional than a bike, for about $20 there's the Fuze Wheel Writer which turns a bike wheel into rolling artwork. "Works on any bike 20-inches and larger. You pop it in your bike spokes and then as you ride pictures magically appear in your bike wheel, it has 12 different pictures that scroll through," explains John Ardell of Skyrocket Toys. Traditional building blocks are also starting to illuminate. LiteBrix come in sets you snap together to make super-bright vehicles or buildings. But those lit up elements are designed to also fit in with other sets you already own, to breathe some new life -- or in this case light -- into say, an old Lego creation you have lying around. "Each set comes with a power pack so you have a power pack you can actually build on your power pack. You can also snap on our bricks which are basic bricks which are compatible with any other system," says Larry Rosen of Cra-Z-Art. LiteBrix sets range from $20 to around $100.

Cra-Z-Art Lite Brix Star Shuttle and Launcher Review I am kicking off my Holiday Gift Guide for 2012 with one of my favorite toys from the Time to Play Holiday Showcase. It is CraZ-Art's new Lite Brix. Specifically the Star Shuttle and Launcher caught my eye. You may remember my post about me wanting to be an Astronaut. I knew immediately my son would love it. You may know of Cra-Z-Art as the company that makes creative products for kids, easels, markers, crayons, and other cool products. You can check out their entire line here. Let's start with how it all comes packaged. Here is the box with all of it's contents (minus the cars my son was setting up a jump for). There were quite a few pieces but as the package says it is for 6+. We definitely had to help my 7 year old put it together, but we each took sections. Evan worked on the rocket. I helped put in the connections for the lights in that assembly.

The nice thing about these blocks is that they also connect to other blocks you may already have. So you can add some light to other block sets.

Evan playing with that finished product. I worked on the launch pad and John worked on the Star Shuttle with Evan's help. Evan also made the 2 astronauts.

October 28, 2012

Here is the whole assembly.

Evan showing me the Star Shuttle and Rocket.

Here is some video of Evan with the toy, it is easier to see how the lights flash in the video: How cool does this look?

We all had fun creating this Star Shuttle. What a cool innovative toy.

Toys: Cra-Z-Art Lite Brix Star Shuttle and Launcher

Light Up Your Legos with LiteBrix The turkey hasn't even been bought but the Christmas presents are already beginning to build (waiting for someone to wrap them.) While my son has alerted me he wants only one thing from Santa this year (a Thomas the Tank Engine Trackmaster set that is almost impossible to find), I know that he'll still expect a few other things under the tree. However, since he's got a LOAD of Thomas already and has also created quite a Lego inventory, where does a mama look for ideas. What to get, What to get, What to get. Designed to shine a light on kids’ creativity, the Lite Brix Super Light Building System from Cra-Z-Art is the next level of building blocks. The light-up building construction sets feature translucent bricks with battery powered LEDs (via a battery pack) that cycles through four different colors.

Your kids can transform their creations into spectacularly-lit masterpieces for daytime or nighttime play, but best of all – these building blocks can work with your other sets (hello, Legos!) While we got to get our hands on a “Space Trooper”, you can create an entire light-up city, or mix and match and make into tons of amazingcreations with the LITE BRIX system like space shuttles, to racecars, fire stations, an airport and more. While I thought I would be able to open up the box and just let him run wild, he did need me to put together the pieces to show him how it worked. My son is 4 though and the box clearly notes ages 6+, however, I did need the directions to figure out how to put it together initially. But once we finished, there definitely was a “wow, mom!” reaction. One note to families with younger siblings: our set-up time was best AFTER the younger kiddo went to bed so I didn’t have to worry about small pieces. Lite Brix Super Light Building System Available at Toys R Us stores nationwide and Barnes and Noble. Prices vary from $19.99

Lite Brix Super Light Building System The past two weeks have definitely been different from the norm in my home. We are in the process of moving into a new house, and Superstorm Sandy threw us off-course a bit. We were supposed to move two weeks ago, but we didn’t get power back in the new house until 13 days after the storm so we’ve been staying with my parents. Most of the kids toys, and just about everything else, is packed into boxes. So, to thank my boys for being so wellbehaved during this impromptu change of plans, I presented them with the Lite Brix Super Light Building System from Cra-Z-Art. My boys are on the young side for the Lite Brix, which are recommended for ages 6+, but with my help we were able to construct a very cool Space Trooper. I would ordinarily task my husband with Building System assembly, but he was busy painting and cleaning at the house so I gave it a shot. The instructions were very easy to follow. My boys are 3 and 4 so they didn’t quite have the strength or fine motor skills to get the pieces to snap together properly so I showed them how to do it and had them “help” me with the assembly. They were just happy the Space Trooper was starting to take shape. My 4-year-old kept asking excitedly “I have the head….is it time for the head yet?”. Once assembled we plugged our Space Trooper in and he lit up with his super bright LED light-up bricks! Both boys exclaimed a long drawn out “wow!” when they saw him cycle through four different colors. Each translucent brick glows with vibrant sparkling lights, which even caught the attention of my 9-month old baby. She crawled right over to see our Lite Brix creation. My 4-year old spend most of the afternoon playing with the Space Trooper independently while my 3-year old wanted to plug him in and watch the light show. One nice feature of the Lite Brix Super Light Building system is that they are compatible with other major brick building systems. They have connector pieces that attach the Lite Brix to each other so the models can be built on different angles. The Full Lite Brix line is available at Toys R Us stores nationwide, Barnes and Noble and select other retailers. Lite Brix also provided A Time Out for Mommy three Lite Brix Light Building Sets to donate to Toys for Tots this holiday season!

Christmas is for Kids Donation Project - Toy Preview

I've received a bunch of great toys to review this month and also to give away to Christmas if for Kids. I just run down what I have received so far. I'm pretty excited to share them with you and also to donate to Christmas is for Kids. On December 1, 2012 from 10:00am - 2:00pm Achin's Garage is sponsoring a Toy Drive of NEW unwrapped toys at Attleboro Farms to collect toys for Christmas is for Kids. We'll be making a huge donation thanks to so many great sponsors.

Give it Forward Project: Our Toy Shopping Trip This past week we went on our annual toy shopping trip to pick out toys for Christmas is for Kids. Every year we set aside a couple of dollars a month to make the trip to the store and make the purchases. We lucked out this year because our trip coincided with a decent toy sale at Target. We got some good deals with 25% off different toy purchases and we even got a $5.00 coupon for the trip, too. I think we did pretty well.

Lite Brix from Cra-Z-Art Gives Boys Building Fun with a Twist: Review Shopping for boys around the holidays can sometime be like shopping for boys for clothes, which means slim pickings. There are only so many action figures and video games a mom wants to buy. This year Cra-Z-Art has stepped up to the plate and is offering something different, Lite Brix. These light up translucent bricks are sure to spark any boy’s imagination, young and old. Here is some information about Lite Brix: Shine a light on your child’s creativity with the LITE BRIX™ Super Light Building System from Cra-Z-Art®, the innovative light-up building construction sets with vibrant sparkling lights in each translucent brick. The possibilities are endless with Lite Brix™, which are compatible with other major brick building systems and allow children to transform their creations into spectacularly-lit masterpieces for daytime or nighttime play. They’re compatible with your other bricks, and the battery powered LEDs cycle through four different colors. Create an entire light-up city, or mix and match and make into tons of amazing creations with the Lite Brix™ system that features special translucent building bricks parts that transfuse blinking light through them. From Super Jet Fighters and space shuttles, to racecars, fire stations, an airport and more, kids can design and create a magical world with Lite Brix™. Each building system includes super bright LED light-up bricks that cycle through four colors, translucent pieces, a battery pack, and connector pieces that attach the Lite Brix™ to each other so the models can be built on different angles. 3 “AA” batteries required (not included). Cra-Z-Art was nice enough to send me some of their Space Trooper Lite Brix to review. Wyatt was immediately drawn to the box and the fact that it lights up was super cool. I made him wait for his dad to help him put it together, since it does require batteries. I did take them about 20 minutes to assembly the Trooper, but he stayed together well, meaning the blocks lock tightly and he does light up a lot! Wyatt has added more of these to his Christmas Wish List and I know he will have hours of fun with them. If you get stuck or lose your instructions, don’t worry, because on the Lite Brix website, they have manuals and how-to build videos for all the available sets. This is sure to be a Hot Holiday Item this year for boys in the 6-12 age range! The Space Trooper retails for $19.99, The Full Lite Brix™ line is available at Toys R Us stores nationwide, Barnes and Noble and select other retailers. This toy is recommended for kids ages 6 and up. DISCLOSURE: Lite Brix sent me product to facilitate my review. All opinions stated are my own.

Give it Forward: Lite Brix I love building toys. I love to create and see what I can make with them. I also love to follow the directions and put together the model that was intended. We were given three different sets from Lite Brix by Cra-Z-Art to try out. We opened the Lite Brix Lumi-Star Racer and decided to donate the Super Jet Fighter and the Lite Up fire Station sets to Christmas is for Kids. It was a fun and different type of building set, one like I’ve never done before because the pieces not only fit together like other building bricks but they also had connector pieces for conducting electricity throughout the model so it would light up. I was introduced to Lite Brix at the Time to Play holiday showcase this past September and I was intrigued by the concept. There are brick or brix that have LEDs inside and in addition to the customary pegs for connecting pieces there are holds for connecting conductor type pieces that not only hold the brix together but allow the flow of electricity to reach different parts of the model. Because the model lights up you are going to need batteries. Three AA batteries are what is needed (not included) and you are going to need a small philips head screwdriver to open the battery compartment door. I used precision screwdrivers that you can get at any hardware store for short money. Once the model is built then you connect it to the battery compartment and a pretty sweet light show starts up. These are bright and powerful LEDs that we are working with here. Once the model was completely built there were a few things that I realized. The biggest thing was that the battery compartment was separate from the model itself so it sticks off to the side. This is fine if you realize that this is not a race car that you are going to send zooming off with LEDs a blazing. The wheels of the racer do not move in a way to facilitate zooming. This is a model for display not for spirited play. If you realize this before you assemble then you are doing okay. I personally would have liked to have seen the battery compartment get integrated into the design and instead of the wheels lighting up that they would roll so that you could send the car zooming and lighting up. I think that would look really cool. So maybe in a future version the car gets the battery compartment to be a part of the design and the car gets more mobile. Eva enjoyed seeing the car light up and watching me build it too. She’e excited to donate the other two Lite Brix sets to Christmas is for kids, so that some other kids can enjoy Lite Brix too.

Holiday Gift Guide Cra-Z-Art Lite Brix Review I have said it hundreds of times on my blog and will say it again, our family are huge supporters of kids construction toys. From a very young age both of my children were building with blocks. Basic ideas at first with just stacking and tumbling, which lead to more imaginative ideas such as buildings, vehicles, people and much more. Gavyn loves Lego’s, pulls them out often to create masterpieces. Sure we have sets that have instructions, but imagination and open-ended play is what building toys are all about. Pieces lock and snap together to create anything the heart desires. Sometimes he chooses all one color, or builds with his sister to bring awesome teamwork to design a work of art. Have you heard about the new building sets from Cra-Z-Art called Lite Brix? Lite Brix are super cool bricks and connectors that make your model light up once built. We couldn’t wait to build our guy and illuminate him. We received the Lite Brix Space Trooper that includes different shaped translucent light brix, connectors and special pieces to build a 3-D construction toy. For the Space Trooper it took my 10 year old about 15 minutes total to build him. He appreciated that the brix had multiple ports as well making it easy to build. They have feet and ball joint pieces to create the feet and legs. Then it was onto building the mid-section, arms and head. Stickers are also included to make him even more nifty. Once he was built we added batteries (3 AAA not included) to the battery pack and plugged it into the trooper. There is a connector on the battery pack which plugs into the Lite Brix ports on the back of the model. Gavyn was so happy that on the first try he worked. He always gets a little worried when reading instructions, but the outcome is always fabulous! The changing illuminations brought many oohs and ahhs from the kids plus pretty, cool and how does that work from the kids mouths. This set has two models that can be built the Space Trooper and the Space Alien. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos of the alien but he was neat as well. Here is a short video to show you him-please forgive me, I’m not sure why he is sideways! Lite Brix are compatible with other building bricks for endless possibilities. The battery powered LEDs cycle through four different colors which was a nice surprise. We had a little trouble with his armor falling off his chest but we realized Gavyn didn’t connect it fully. If children are assembling be sure they lock the brix together correctly. Gavyn is already asking for more sets . There are helicopters, race cars, space shuttles, fire rescue and more. Gavyn has asked for the Lite Up Fire Station next and we cannot wait to get it. These would make fabulous gifts for boys or girls (age 6+) who enjoy building blocks. For more information visit www.cra-z-art.com Products range in price starting at $23.99 and are available at Toys R Us stores nationwide, Barnes and Noble and select other retailers.

The Big Toy Book Biggest Day of Holiday Play #TBTBholiday I was so excited to be a part of The Big Toy Book Biggest Day of Holiday Play #TBTBholiday in New York City. There were so many wonderful brands and toys it was an incredibly exciting day. I felt like a little kid again! All the kids had a great time and it was fun to see them engaging with all the fantastic toys. I have always been kind of fascinated with anything that shines or glitters so I was attracted to the beautiful colored lights coming from the LiteBrix booth. I received the Lazer Copter which rebuilds into two different models. How fantastic is that? You can take it apart and refashion it into a Patrol Sled so it is a 2 in 1 toy...a bonus I love. LiteBrix is a fun 3-D light up building set. It was easy to put the helicopter together and my 3rd grader had a lot of fun with it. We all loved the color changing LED lights. Perfect for the Christmas season too! The wonderful part is that the bright LED lights are compatible with other building bricks. Light Brix is intended for children 3 years old and up because there are small parts. You also will need 3 AA batteries and a phillips head screwdriver to gets those lights going. Easy enough but good to know while you are in the store that is why I shared! Once you put your LiteBrix set together they cycle through 3 different blinking colors. It was so cool to watch too! The other models include a super Jet Fighter, a Lumi Star Racer, a space trooper and a Lumi-cycle. You can collect them all. You can find them everywhere from Amazon and ToysRUS to Barnes and Noble. You can check out these toys and more at The Big Toy Book. It is a great way to get some novel ideas for those children's Christmas gifts!

Cra-Z-Art Unveils Lite Brix Cra-Z-Art unveiled Lite Brix: The Superlight Building System, which is the company’s new construction line. The system combines traditional brick building construction with the magic of light-up bricks and connectors, allowing kids to “build with lights.” The sets are now available exclusively at Toys “R” Us in a variety of themes such as robots, helicopters, race cars, jet fighters, motorcycles, space shuttles, airport, fire rescue, and extreme city buildings. Each set comes with a battery power pack that attaches to the models. The company says that Lite Brix, which are designed for ages 6 and up, are compatible with all other brick building systems.

What It Is Lite Brix is a new brick-based building system that lets kids build models that light up. The centerpiece of all Lite Brix models are the special bricks that have circuitry and built-in LED lights. The Lumi-Port set comes with 16 of these special bricks. Once kids build the airport and model jet, they can light up both models. The LEDs will flash in four different colors and last hundreds of hours. The lights are powered by a battery pack that has dual cords, allowing both the airport and the jet to light up at the same time. Follow the directions to plug the cords into different areas on the model and light the whole thing up. The set also includes decals and one miniature figure. Additional Lite Brix sets are available and sold separately. Lite Brix are compatible with other blocks, such as those made by LEGO and MEGA Bloks

Why It’s Fun Kids will really like that they can build a model, then light it up in different colors. The LED lights give the models a dramatic look, whether you're playing in the daytime or with the lights turned off. And the bricks do work well with other construction bricks. Lite Brix is an exciting way to light up kids' construction play and imagination.

Who It’s For The Lite Brix Lumi-Port is for ages 6 and up.

What To Be Aware Of Three AA batteries are required but not included. Assembly is required, and you'll need a Phillips screwdriver. It took us 40 minutes to assemble. To connect the bricks, you'll need to use special connector pieces. They come in two styles: straight and angled. They are really small, so make sure you keep these away from little kids. You'll also want to make sure that when you put the bricks together they really click together well. You may have to push a little harder than you expect. Also, while these are designed to be played with, they are still brick construction toys, so don't play too roughly with the model because you want it to stay together.

“‘Uptime’ has replaced the concept of downtime, as leisure is no longer a passive activity but one of active participation and self-improvement,” states the Intelligence Group in its Trend Central newsletter. Kids are using their out-of-school hours to continue the learning process, embracing digital and interactive technology tools, and also offline tools such as hands-on science and exploration, active sports, all-play games and brain-teasers, construction, crafts and creativity. Most families are united in their choices, attempting to provide a balance of both online and offline activities for family entertainment and everyday social connections. This is a new world of play experiences and learning for both digitally native children and their parents and caregivers, who are the digital immigrants. Some children are spending part of their new uptime leisure hours with digital media pursuits. There are many options to choose from, and at the Spielwarenmesse 2013 ToyFair in Nuremberg from Jan 30-Feb 4, 2013, the Special Fair area will be focusing on these various Toys 3.0 options in great depth. So, let’s turn our focus here toward those activities that are creating engaging, uptime play options for kids and families, AWAY from a computer screen. There is revitalized growth in multiple hands-on toy and game categories, including: construction and building toys, science and discovery, brain-teasers and social all-play games, crafts and creativity, plus a renewed interest in active family sports and recreation. Here are a few of the current hot categories and products, where kids of all ages and their parents are engaging in intergenerational social and learning experiences: Construction and building sets have been a strong growth segment in toys for the past five years, with double-digit year-over-year increases. Kids who had left their building sets behind, when they started engaging in video games, have been re-introduced to their favorite hands-on construction play, through licensed building sets designed to intrigue the fans of Star Wars, Halo, Spiderman, Batman The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings, and other strong themes. Girls have had a strong reception to the new Lego Friends construction sets, which offer themed play sets, designed to appeal to girl’s strong play-and-display, role-play and storytelling play patterns. Playmobil, MegaBloks, Hasbro Kreo and LiteBrix all offer new themes every year, to continue to fuel excitement in this growth segment. Construction combined with other play patterns have re-energized other categories and built strength for the 20th anniversary of Power Rangers by Bandai, Switch-N-Go Dinos by VTech and 3D build-n-play puzzles, with 4D Landscapes Cityscape puzzles and Ravensburger Augmented Reality puzzles. Expect even more new themes and segments, as the new 2013 product lines are revealed.

Where to Get the Best Toys for Kids Online Lite Brix Building Sets - A Bag of Cool! Tinker toys and traditional building blocks do little to spark the imagination of children from the ages of 6 and up. While Lincoln Logs are grand and LEGO may be awesome, Lite Brix building sets are the new cool for kids who want to put extra Oomph! in their afterschool creations. We'll let a few of these popular toys speak for themselves... Lite Brix Extreme City Lights Inspired by some of the flashiest cities in the world, this set requires 9 AA batteries, a screwdriver, and a willing parent to bring a child's imagination to life. For ages 6 and up, adult supervision might be required for smaller children, but older kids have been known to get the hang of constructing these blocks very quickly. When fully constructed, the skyscraper stands over 2 feet tall with accompanying buildings on each side. Standing bright and bold, the city is beautifully lit from the inside, giving a 3D feel to the whole structure. Lite Brix Star Shuttle Get ready for a galactic blast-off! This rocket set is equipped with 4 color LEDs and special connectors to make each shuttle stand out. There are enough blocks and pieces to build a rocket, plane, and launch pad all at once, with a few pieces leftover. A mini-figurine space astronaut fits snuggly into the Shuttle place, while imagination counts down to the moment of lift off.

Lite Brix Space Trooper You've never seen an alien quite like this. Lit from the inside with the help of a battery pack, 8 connectors and 9 lite brix, this space man is fully functional and posable. He outshines enemies, protecting your child from fearsome boogeymen that may lurk underneath a bed. Plus, his excess building parts can be used with other Lite Brix toys.

Lite Brix Super Light Building Sets: Shining Light on Creativity The Lite Brix Super Light Building Sets from Cra-Z-Art are innovative light-up building construction sets that provide tons of fun! Perfect for kiddos 6 and up, these building sets are fun to build and help encourage thinking and creativity. My little man and I recently check out the Lite Brix Space Trooper! The Lite Brix Space Trooper can be built into 2 models. A space trooper and a space alien! We built the space trooper first and found it really easy to put together. The pieces snap or plug in place easily and the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. When you have your Lite Brix all built, simply plug the battery pack into a designated spot on the back of your creation and watch it light up! The vibrant sparkling lights in each translucent brick were really impressive. As soon as my husband saw it he asked if we could use it on top of the Christmas Tree this year. The LEDs are battery powered and cycle through four different colors. When we were done building the Space Trooper we built the Space Alien. It was easy to take him apart and rebuild. My son liked this because he loves taking things apart and putting them back together. In just a few short steps you have yourself a new Lite Brix Model to enjoy! The face really looks like an alien and how about them arms?! You even get the same fun light effects that you get when you build the Space Trooper. If you don’t mind using up the batteries, these would be fun night lights! Each Lite Brix Set is compatible with other major brick building systems giving you lots of ways to to transform and create your masterpieces. Go all out and create an entire light-up city, Super Jet Fighter, space shuttle, racecars, fire stations, or even an airport! There are tons of designs for kiddos to create a light up magical world with Lite Brix! Included in each Lite Brix Super Light Building Set are super bright LED light-up bricks, translucent pieces, a battery pack, and connector pieces that attach the Lite Brix to each other so the models can be built on different angles. You will need AA batteries as those are not included. You can find the full Lite Brix line at Toys R Us stores nationwide, Barnes and Noble and select other retailers and prices start at $19.99.

Holiday Play Hosted by The Big Toy Book! For the past few weeks, I have been super-excited to check out The Big Toy Book’s Holiday Play Event in New York City! I bought along my tween daughter with me to experience an afternoon of new and innovative toys on display for the holidays! Toy companies in attendance - The Bridge Direct Inc., Boogie Board, Spirograph, Playmates Toys, Slinky Toys, Skylanders, Yummy Dough, Lite Brix and more! We made our rounds and tried out some of the toys on display at the lovely and chic Yotel Hotel in NYC! Kudos to the Chef – the food was yummy and the staff was wonderful! There were so many companies and I wish I could tell you about them all, but we would be here forever….just make sure you attend next year if you can! Here are some other cool pics and toys I enjoyed!

Big Thanks to The Blogger Connection and The Big Toy Book for a Wonderful Holiday Event! Please log on to their websites and also donate to their cause for Hurricane Victims K.I.D.S. *Disclaimer – I was not compensated for this event. All guests were provided with a swag bag of promotional items. This post is solely based on my opinion and experience of the Holiday Play Event.

TODAY Toy Drive: Make holidays happy for kids, teens in need Donate online to TODAY's Toy and Gift Drive here. TODAY has kicked off our Holiday Toy and Gift Drive. Since 1994, we've distributed more than $285 million in donations to more than 200 organizations across America and to U.S. military bases abroad. How do you donate? Come down to the TODAY plaza if you're near New York City — celebrity "elves" collect toys daily during the broadcast. (If you arrive after 10 a.m. ET, drop off your gift at the Rockefeller Center NBC Experience Store, in the special TODAY Toy Drive bin.) Celebrity "elves" will start collecting on Nov. 26. Celebs who have helped in past years include George Clooney, Jon Hamm, Matt Damon, Claire Danes, Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Stiller, Robert De Niro, former Vice President Al Gore, and Olympians Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte. Who knows who will be wearing the Santa hat when you visit? You can also donate online at Amazon.com/TODAY. Click the Amazon link, add as many items as you like to your cart, complete the checkout, and Amazon will do the rest. Pledge your time for TODAY's toy drive. Hasbro will donate a toy for every volunteer, up to 100,000 gifts. All donations are appreciated, no matter how big or small. We are most in need of toys for boys of all ages, and tweens and teens up to age 18. Why this cause? Every 29 seconds, a child in the United States is born into poverty, with limited access to food, medical care and basic human services. For many, TODAY is their ONLY source of gifts for the holidays. There will be no toys this holiday season for these children unless you choose to help. The program is designed to provide gifts and essentials for impoverished children and teenagers up to age 18 nationwide. It has also expanded to include gifts that children are able to give their parents, because giving provides joy in itself. These items go to millions of kids in all 50 states. Recipients include homeless shelters, children's group homes, schools, foster family services, domestic abuse shelters, Native American missions, military bases, hospitals, preschools, after-school programs, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Read more about some of the participating organizations in our Charity Spotlight series. Need more convincing? Matt and Savannah touted the program in a USA Weekend Magazine cover story.
