OUR FOOD Thai food is internationally famous for its robust flavor. Whether chili-hot or delightfully subtle, harmony is the guiding principle behind each dish. Thai cuisine is essentially a marriage of centuries-old Eastern and Western influences elegantly combined into something uniquely Thai. Originally, Thai cooking reflected the characteristics of a waterborne lifestyle. Aquatic animals, plants and herbs were major ingredients, and subsequent influences introduced tender meat to Thai cuisine to suit many palates. To ensure authenticity, integrity and utmost quality, all dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients and no preservatives or MSG.
