Class Descriptions... STEP 2 Progressive moderate workout for the intermediate stepper. The hour will fly by as you focus on the fun combinations! Combos broken down. 45min-1h BASIC STEP- 60 Minutes- Easy to follow, low impact workout. Moves are taught slower with no advanced choreography, abs included! Just a great workout! STEP & SCULPTThis class includes step patterns and intervals mixing it up with sculpting exercises and a variety of conditioing techniques to challenge your body and keep things fun! (All Fitness Levels) ADVANCED STEP Looking for a challenge? This class incorporates creative step combos to provide a whole lot of sweat mixed with a whole lot of variety. Be ready for innovative, fun choreography that will challenge your mind as well as your body! A progressive class comprised of advanced choreography that will literally keep you on your toes. (Some step or other aerobic dance experience preferred.) Not for beginners. CYCLE 45/60/90 All levels. Get ready for the ride of your life! This class has it all. It is full of hills, drills, sprint intervals, endurance rides and trail rides. It will always be an expedition full of energy. Participants MUST bring a towel and water bottle to EVERY class. We encourage cycling participants to arrive 5-minutes before class to allow time for proper set up on bikes. Our bikes have SPD clips. Participants are welcome to bring cycling shoes that clip into our pedals, but may NOT remove the pedals and insert their own clips. ATHLETIC SHOES ARE REQUIRED. Please sign in 30 minutes before class! CYCLE CIRCUIT Monday mornings at 5:30 am, 30 minutes of cycle, 15 minutes of upper body training and 15 minutes of core, get it all done in this morning time class! Please sign in 30 minutes before class. CARDIO KICK - This class combines the kicks and punches of martial arts techniques with heart pumping cardio. Easy to follow, drill based kickboxing exercises set to music. An exciting fun, and empowering cardiovascular sculpting class which uses kick boxing moves to tone the whole body and improve cardiovascular endurance. Learn proper form and gain strength, power, flexibility, and balance. all levels TURBO KICK The gym version of the popular Turbo Jam workout as seen on TV! Turbo Kick™ is an addictive workout that combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, yoga, and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere. Turbo Kick™ is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate and custom tailor their work-outYou will kick, punch, and jam your way to a leaner, stronger body! Beginners welcome! BOOTCAMP is a core strength and conditioning program, we focus on functional movement to enhance your competence in all tasks! This class is designed as an athletic training class. Join us for an hour of high intensity athletic workouts. We will focus on a variety of weight lifting, aerobic and core conditioning activities. Be prepared for anything, no class is the same! all levels welcome!
