And finally

Do any of you still have ‘A Birthday book for children by Irene G Heath’.

I still have mine and the rhyme for 10th September is as follows.

Some boys that I know like cold pork, And some Ice Cream, I hear, Some eat bananas with a fork, And smile from ear to ear But I decided long ago, With James Macnab, my crony That both our votes should always go, To good old macarone!

There is someone very special to us in the benefice who has a birthday on the 10th (the number has a nought in it)!! – and so we wish him a very happy, healthy and peaceful birthday for his special day and thank him for everything he does for us.
