Numa narrativa que divide a percepção das acções passadas, presentes, e futuras, o verbo surge como consciencialização e materialização do tempo. É através da sucessão e repetição de imagens, sons, memórias, ideias que a pessoa vai construindo/conjugando o verbo no seu próprio tempo.
