Preparation Initiative (PI) Founded by Ross Professor Frank Yates, the Preparation Initiative at Ross provides a supportive learning community to undergraduate students from underrepresented backgrounds who want to become business leaders. From April 29 to May 5, 2018, 22 PI students participated in an action-based, educational trek to New York City, hosted and facilitated by donor Ari Spar, AB '89. Before the trip, PI students celebrated the end of the school year Revel & Roll in Ann Arbor on April 17, 2018.
